It's so nice to have a bank where you can talk to someone who knows you instead of some random person. They might not have all the fancy online/ in-app features that other banks offer, but to me, it's more important to talk to someone who knows me vs. some random person.

Have been pleased with the service I have received at this bank from everyone I have dealt with and am very happy with their cd rates versus other banks hands down.

I have banked here for years the employee's are always polite and helpful to resolve issues.They treat there customers equally.

Most of the tellers and staff are very well mannered and nice, on the other hand Shawna is very rude and will ignore customers to speak to other customers that she knows. I myself have been going to this branch 3 years now and I don't think it's right that she still has a job at this place the worst employee I have ever delt with😞

The Hubbard Branch are rude, act like they are above you. The Dawson Branch are friendly, but still not impressed with this financial institution. Yes they are here local, however if it were not for my husband i would have switched financial establishments a long time ago.

Shawna was absolutely terrible after I got frustrated because she wouldn't answer questions and was speaking to me on the phone like I was a two-year-old rudely I told her health frustrated I was and started cussing she hung up in my face and wouldn't answer the phone again after we have never missed a payment on the mortgage never missed a payment on any of our loans and been good customers there that's how I get treated I highly recommend you never have any questions for this bank because they have no answers for you and when you get mad because they have no answers for you you know what they do they hang up in your face
