After recently switching to AT&T at another location, I stopped by the Hudson Oaks AT&T store on Sunday evening to add another device to my plan. Even though my account was brand new, Mr. T didn’t miss a beat!
He was incredibly knowledgeable, efficient, and helpful—not only did he get the new phone set up in record time, but he also took the time to fine-tune my account and offer tips to save even more money on my plan.
Great experience all around! If you're looking for top-tier customer service and someone who truly knows what they’re doing, I highly recommend asking for Mr. T at the Hudson Oaks location!

The best experience with superb service from Isaiah. He helped me navigate through a lot of issues and was so helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you for untangling all my issues after my phone had been hacked.

I recently visited the AT&T store to set up a new phone line, and I had a smooth and positive experience from start to finish. The staff was welcoming, knowledgeable, and took the time to walk me through the best options based on my needs. The entire process was quick, and I appreciated how transparent they were with pricing and plan details. I walked out with a fully activated line and no confusion about what I signed up for. Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for efficient service and helpful staff.

Rosa was a great help. Very knowledgeable, personable, and resolved my issue quickly. I came in into the store for assistance with a malfunctioning IPhone 13. After one look, she diagnosed it and helped me file an insurance claim all in under 15 minutes. My phone was fixed in the same day. Thanks Rosa.

Where to even begin…. My husband and I got a phone account the other day where we were told by Rosa that there were promotions for our phones, 100$ off an iPad and a Samsung watch for 99¢ a month. We were given an estimate that our bill was going to be around 240$ a month. We get a bill that’s almost 400$ and we see we were charged twice for Insurnace on my husband’s phone and for a fee that was supposed to be waived. Went back up there about 3 times and they told us it was taken care of. It was not. On my 2nd time up there Rosa told me she had given me the wrong iPad by accident. Then she went and hid in the back talking to a “manager” for about 20 mins then came back and changed her story and told me she never told us the iPad had a promotion. I told her she 100% did because me and my husband both heard her and wouldn’t have just bought an iPad unless there was a promotion. She still tried to say she never said that. Even though she told me she gave me the wrong one and the same visit. I told her I would come back with my husband and my daughter who both heard her tell us about the promotion. Then I Had to call loyalty department who had to fix problems and credits and discounts on every single line and explained the whole iPad thing to them in which they told me there was a promotion but not on the iPad she had given me. Then I went back to the store to return the iPad that Rosa told me she had “accidentally” given me and not the one the promotion was on (which apparently never existed according to her) and that if I retuned it we could get one of the iPads the promotion was on. She took the iPad and processed the return then told us we owe 200$ for the new iPad. She said it was since she had to put it on a new line. We asked why we had to pay 200$ for the correct iPad if it was her mistake that we had the wrong one in the first place. She had different excuses every time. I asked her if we could’ve just kept the iPad she “accidentally “ gave me and it would’ve been cheaper and she said yeah but she can’t give it back cuz she processed the return. I had to go up to that store 3 separate times in one day and her story changed every single time. This is my experience as a first time customer. I feel we were lied to and she was dishonest just to get more money out of us. I feel like her stories change way too often. Went to att in weatherford and explained all this to one of the guys there and he said he was confused on why they would take our iPad and try to make us pay for another one when it was their mistake then he took a look at our account and said it was so messed up he didn’t even want to touch it. He also said she didn’t process that we returned the iPad and that we’re still paying for the iPad she took from us. So here we are with no iPad which she basically stole at this point and we still have to go back to the store to get it figured out because Rosa is a compulsive liar and unhelpful and lazy . I WILL NEVER EVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS STUPID STORE TO ANYONE EVER AGAIN.

Shout out to Mr. T at AT&T! Walked into the AT&T store with an issue we couldn’t get resolved over the phone with customer service. I had already spent 3 1/2 hours on the phone before walking into the store. Mr. T was able to accomplish setting up services we needed for our business line.

I went two times for service . And a guy with a tag named Mr T . Was the one I spoke to hem both times .. and I wasted my time he didn’t do nothing about my concern !! I really want to complain about this guy!! I’ve been a AT&T costumer for over 5 years . And I never get any problems with costumer service !! Hope you guys can do something about this person !!

Worst service I’ve ever seen in my life!!! We had probably the laziest Employee attempt to help us. The name on his name tag was “Mr.T”.
This guy Angered me because he refused every option I gave him to get my daughter into a new phone. We finally did settle on that. It was like pulling teeth!!!!
Then, I wanted my screen protector replaced as it is under warranty. I’ve had it replaced twice before. Now he claims that it’s not in his system and refuses to honor the warranty that I purchased! I spoke to him firmly but quietly and he said I was yelling at him. He is also a liar!
When I refused to even speak to him any further, I let my daughter finish setting up her new phone while I waited in the car.
I had my daughter take her old phone back up to the store later that day and “Mr T” told my daughter that it was a good thing I didn’t come back!! Who on earth in their right mind would tell that to a customer, especially the customers child??
Buyer beware!! Stay away from this store!! They hire people that have no business working with the public!!
I am also filing a formal complaint with AT&T.
