I wish that we had gotten the name of the young lady that took our order today. She was so pleasant, respectful & polite & we even told her that. Her smile was so sweet too. Our food was hot & prepared in a timely manner as well. I love my Corsicana Chich-fil-A, but Weatherford has you beat!

I love the spiral drive thru here. the Double lane makes it easier to get a quick bite here when you are on the road and dont have time to stop.

I’m sorry Chick-Fil-A but the Hudson Oaks location needs some serious improvement with getting orders correctly. We have been to this restaurant too many times with over half of them being the wrong order. This is by far the worse establishment! I don’t like to leave bad reviews but I’ve had enough!

We routinley frequent the Chik Fil A in Hudson Oaks.However today we had a terrible customer service issue by this Chick File "Associate Executive Director" Brittany which was the worst I have ever experienced.I ordered online through the Chik FIl A app for convenience purposes for a sick child.. The sealed order was delivered with missing and incorrectly made items. Usually I let this go, but this particular location is routinely leaving items out. When I immediately contacted the store, Natalie (a manager) transferred me to a very rude and condescending Brittany who identified herself as the associate executive director. She said she had no authority figure above her besides the franchise owner. Also, she told us that it wasn't their problem since they use doordash to deliver. The Chik Fil A app nor the doordash app had records to dispute the errors. However, it was the store's error. They incorrectly bagged and sealed the order. They refused any assistance whatsoever- no phone number, customer service contact, refund, redelivery- and put it on me to dispute my credit card. What started as an expensive convenience, ended in multiple phone calls and beyond rude customer service.We spend too much money at this location to not receive what we paid for or to basically be condescendingly told that it was our problem to fix their own errors. But, they did tell me to have a "Blessed Day" before abruptly ending the conversation. Using such a biblical statement to be rude to customers is shameful.
