It was a Horrible experience!! The kid working at the store was not helpful. He couldn’t pull up our plan or explain the costs of a new phone. He was put out when we asked questions. We left and went to the Verizon down the road.

I only give 5 stars because we had the most incredible experience little over a week ago with DALTON!!! We went in to add me to my kids line but ended up getting all 3 of us new phones and new plans that will save money. I have been in the service field my entire life and without a doubt can say that Dalton is a prize asset to this company. He literally spent 3 hours with us, as he made sure all the customers coming in (which ended up to be a house full) knew he would be with them asap. He helped them when our phones were downloading or doing something that he did not need to do at that moment. We first went to the Verizon in Weatherford, we were barely greeted and was told they were short handed; there 2 of them. We left after 10 mins. and went to Hudson Oaks location and Praise God we got Dalton and he was the ONLY PERSON in the store. I am fairly new to this area, I love living in country but i find even though the people are so nice; they lack in customer service skills. I actually went back this week for help with phone as I am 71, he could not have been any nicer. He offered to help me any questions I had on how to work the new 17 Pro Max. If you do get a chance to get Dalton, consider it a blessing!!!

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Call them or do it all on the app yourself. The lady who worked and did all the paperwork for me messed everything up, had me come to the store 3 times in one day and the third she had already left to go home and left the other worker with me who proceeded to tell me to go to a different store cause he couldn’t help me, went to the other store next day and they told me idk why they sent you here we can’t do what they said. I call Verizon support the next day and they have me go back to the same nightmare store!!!!!!! Of which I couldn’t even get to talk to someone so then the representative on the phone said I’ll call the store and fix it all myself and would call me back, he never called me back nor fixed it. Finally called again to speak to same representative and he hung up on me. Finally got someone after calling again who actually knew what they were doing and proceeded to tell me the store (Hudson oaks) did everything wrong. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE.

Dalton was fantastic! He had a store full
of customers and multitasked very well. He handled each customer with the same level of professionalism regardless of how busy he was.

Came to store to upgrade phone. Had many questions. As i was going through the screening process i was asked for id. Didnt have it with me. I had to get it out of my truck. I asked to use the rest room to pee before i left to walk to my rig. Young man said we dont have a public rest room. I politely grabbed my things and walked out. I did not make it to a location to urinate. Older people need to be treated better. I promise never to return to this verizon store.
I did purchase a galaxy fold 7 days later.

Jacqueline helped me with my business account and I'm super happy so far. She has very good knowledge on the products and promotions. She was very professional and was able to resolve all my issues very quickly. In general, this location is very responsive and treats customers very well. Great job Jacqueline & team.

Alyssa has the patience of Job as she and Will worked and patiently answered questions as fast as we fired at them!!! She was as sweet as she was helpful and knowledgeable. Will called me by my name as we walked into the store. She is wonderful and we will continue to be loyal Verizon customers!!! I could go on and on about Alyssa!!! Every time I have been in this location the staff have been very helpful and friendly! Love their knowledge and willingness to help fix any problems I might have arise. They also have great prices on accessories and technology!

Carlos was extremely helpful with setting up my new iPhone and changing my plan. He made it easy to switch one of my family member’s phone from an ATT account to my Verizon account. I got an excellent discount too.
