I have been a customer for several years now. The staff are always courteous and helpful when needed. Cold drinks and snacks in the office if needed during your move. They also sell moving supplies and rent Penske trucks if needed. Easy access right on I 20 in Hudson Oaks.

Compass Storage is a five star Company. I have done business with them since 2009. The management is great and the facility is very convenient to get to. You will find the prices are very competitive. Very personal service, for all your storage needs.

We've had units at a few different places over the years, and Compass is by far the best out of all them. They've got clean, spacious units, and a convenient layout so loading and unloading is as easy as possible. It is also owned and staffed by genuinely kind people, who are always friendly and helpful. They look after their customers, and have treated us with far more respect than many other storage facilities I've used in the past. Would highly recommend Compass to anyone with long-term storage needs.

I rented a Penske truck and car dolly for a cross-country trek. The gentleman who checked it out to me was friendly and professional. I’d rent there again.

Great facility for storing your furniture and belongings. Miss DeNorma was very friendly and after going to three other facilities none of which offer me any special she offered me a special. She worked with me to find the appropriate space for my clothing and furniture. And it was absolutely spot-on. She was a joy to work with and if I ever have any other storage needs I will go to Ms. DeNorma.
