Great location and amazing staff. Emily and Amanda took time to walk me through an account transition. They explained options and helped me through the process. They have always shown great relational customer service to my family. Also, Devin in customer service was greater. She was helpful, caring and engaged as if we were sitting face to face in the branch.
At this location, you are not just an account number. You are a name, and they know you!👍

I have been with this bank for years now and never had a problem. I go to this bank and have my first issue in almost a decade. I don’t even live out here and only went here because I work nearby. I closed an account on October 21st, 2023 and was told it would be closed within 24-48 hours. A few weeks went by and not only was the account still open they charged me NSF fees after being told it would be closed. I didn’t check it right away after the 48 hours, because I trusted the bank I’ve been using for years! I tried to close the account near where I live but I was told I have to drive back out to the bank that first closed the account. I’m on vacation and now I have to drive out my way to take care of something that should have been done right the first time! I will NEVER go back to this bank again. “Always stick with what you know”, is what my grandmother would say!

Worst bank ever customer service is just awful very rude Definitely leaving bank Always closed Never many to pick from to go to We get paid on Tuesdays and banks don't even release our check until Friday I'm over it definitely go to a different bank

I waited there to open a new account for more than an hour. They were short handed, but whenever another associate came in her desk, she started talking with her colleagues, but did not dare to serve the clients waiting in waiting room. She spent about 30 minutes talking with her colleague. I finally came out of the bank seeing such horrible customer service there. I will go to another bank rather. Are they taught to spend their time in chatting with colleagues leaving clients waiting in waiting lobby?

Horrible service, they can not or will not help with anything! I can see why they are closing down branches. Find a different place to bank.

This bank is the best, we've been with First Financial for over 15 years and they are always friendly, easy to talk to, and they always go above and beyond to make sure our accounts are handled.
