Cody was a wonderful person to work with and made the process of buying a new vehicle so much more personable and considerate. Riley was amazing and patient and also extremely polite and kind as she went through how to operate everything. Much appreciation to both of them!

Dalton was very personable, was easy to talk to and made the process of trading my truck in along with picking out a new vehicle all on a short notice a smooth process. I was in a bind and was needing to do a same day trade in and he made it all work out. I never felt pushed or pressured and he was happy to let me check different trucks and let me do several test drives and let me take my time thinking through things. He was very knowledgeable of each type of truck, was able to explain the different trim packages of each different level of the Sierra 1500 series. I am very content with the service he provided me yesterday 1/17/24.

Everyone was very professional, knowledgeable and made process very easy. Damian was super attentive and was a pleasure to work with. This is our 3rd vehicle purchased from Jerry’s GMC and won’t be our last!

Offered me $15k for my trade in. Said the best they could do was around 9% interest for a new Yukon XL. Went to another dealership in Fort Worth the next day and got $25k for trade in. Got both the Denali I wanted in light shale interior and the trade in I wanted, and a lower interest rate at 7.9% with zero down. This is the second piss poor experience I have had with Jerrys in Weatherford. Would not recommend them and I will never return.

I called to get my 2023 GMC Acadia in for a check engine light on. I was told I would have to leave it with them for 3 to 4 days for them to check it and no loaner vehicle.

Took my 2016 Denali in for an oil change,tire rotation and in cab filter change this past Tuesday waited over 21/2 hours arrived 20 minutes before scheduled appointment noticed Friday my tires were not rotated.I know this because I had to have the left rear tire replaced under warranty at Discount Tires and it was in the same position I advise every one to check your Tire rotation before you leave Very Disappointed who knows if the other Service was done..

My wife is the only driver of her 2022 Genisis G70 and keeps it in top condition. Neither she or I smoke or drink coffee in our vehicles. The vehicle was purchased at Jerry’s Hyundai and that is where all maintenance has been performed…until now.She left the genesis at the dealership and used a loaner while parts were on order. After a couple of weeks, she picked up the vehicle. On driving it home, her throat and nose began burning from a chemical smell used to mask cigarette smoke. Upon getting the car home, she found cigarette ashes on the floor, coffee rings in the console and a nasty film on the inside of the windows from someone smoking in the vehicle. The dealership’s answer? No one in that department smokes.They suggested taking the vehicle back and letting them keep it another day to be detailed. They declined to have it detailed at our house, just a few miles from the dealership.Since someone was either driving the car or at the very least using it as a personal break room, we declined the offer to leave the vehicle with them again.We are disgusted with the service department and their response.

It was a pleasure working with Jason! We shopped the dealership down the road named Hiley but were turned off by the attitude of their sales rep. Our experience with Jason and our finance manager was A+ with not a single complaint.

Got this 2019 f250 from Jerrys Gmc in weatherford. 7-24-23 and had the most pleasant time dealing with a used car sells man named Michael C. And it was one of the easiest deals I’ve been looking for a truck for about 6 months and ever other sale man was down your throat not him I highly recommend going to Jerrys for your next vehicle purchase and ask for Michael c. As will not be disappointed at all

Henry is the Service Department has always gone out of his way to take care of my multiple vehicles he services , originally my 2021 Denali 2500 HD but then my 1978 GMC Jimmy was added due to HIS OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE. Just bought a 2023 3500hd GMC work truck. Very pleased with the purchase experience. Start to finish only took 3 hours.The other dealer we were trying to work with dropped the ball and lost the sale because they took too long to get the deal together.

Wow! We cannot rave enough about the service we received! We were traveling from Alabama and our GMC just had major issues!
