Definitely will never be buying a vehicle at this place again I work in Texas and am from New Mexico they have made this the most difficult process to get my truck registered by using a third party title company and did not give me all the information I needed and can never answer my question directly or in a timely fashion if you are going to buy a truck classic Chevrolet in grapevine tx or auto nation are way better choices

Step 1: Make an Appointment Step 2: Wait for a week with no calls or updates from the service team. Step 3: Call multiple times get told your vehicle will be ready in 1-2 days. Step 4: Call back the next day to be told it hasn't been looked at. Terrible service for the service team.

My sale representative was David Meza. I have bought a lot of cars in the past 20 years. I have never had a sales representative be so polite, respectful and knowledgeable. He worked with me on my trade and got the numbers right. I bought the car and I will recommend this dealership and David to ANYONE who’s looking for a new or used vehicle. Hands down the best experience I have ever had!

Charles Kincaid was phenomenal to work with. We live 6.5 hours away and did all of the upfront work over the phone and e-mail. He kept us updated while we waited for the car to arrive and quickly responded to any questions we had. The process was seamless, including the finance part with Don Cooper. We would absolutely consider making that drive for our next vehicle just to work with Charles and the dealership again.

1. I had an appointment scheduled and bad communication was that I didn't show up. Wish I had taken my vehicle a few days earlier. They couldn't find my vehicle until I had to call and tell them what color, where I had left it. Plus it took them 36 to fix my vehicle. Which I'm still waiting for a call from them to discuss the details. Very disappointing ?

Mario my salesman was fast and ready to get in and out which is a first but it seamed like I was just in his way. I was there looking at a used F250 (already emailed and texted Mario) Handed him my id and he let me drive it just me and my wife. When it came to negotiating I wasn't going to beat them down on price but when it came to trade I wanted a certain price and they were way off. They had a similar vehicle out in front for sale 52K (jeep gladiator rubicon) 22k miles and I wanted 48K for my trade in (jeep gladiator Mojave gobi paint fully loaded) 16k miles but they let me know all they could do was 42. They asked me where I got my price from and I said right out in front of your lot. They told me they needed to make money this is a business yes you are correct sir (old man looks like he's on juice) but to try and make close to 8-10k off of me. I just left and then they sent me a text stating they would give me 1k more for my trade. People do your research because it sounds like this is one of those "old slick mouth" dealerships.

Let me just say the service I received was outstanding. Well taken care of without a question. Helped in every way possible. Made the process really easy and less stressful. I definitely came in contact with an angel (Greg). Wouldn’t have done business with anyone else. Very happy with my decision. I know who to contact whenever I should need another vehicle again. My car was hit so there was damage to the exterior and Interior of the front lower part of the car. I took it in after the bumper was zip tide to stay on and not being able to get the person insurance to answer or call (up I had to take the hit on the repair and pay the deductible). I got car back a 2-3 week later to find none of the interior damage had been repaired (the service light was still showing on the display to indicated there was still a problem - guess they don't know how to read the panel display), 1 of my assists that was working before I took it in didn't work when I got it back. took 3 calls to get the service consultant to call me and my insurance agent back about it not being fixed completely. 2 weeks later finally get it in to have the rest of the repairs done. instead of telling my insurance what the facts of what was wrong with the car, he thought it was ok to give his opinion, they should only be giving the fact not the opinion when they were not at the accident to see how the damages occurred. Then after a month and a half of not hearing from anyone on a status or what was going on they call to tell me my car is ready. Due to their screw up and delay I had asked for a loaner since it was not fixed correctly the first time and the Service Manager did accommodate that but after having it for about a month, I get a rock in the windshield of the loaner driving home from work which was a small pit nothing bad, but due to the heat when I came out of the office to go home a couple days later it now has a six-inch crack. Guess what another $810 they want me to pay to fix it. All I can say is this was the first Chevy I have purchased and due to this experience, it will be the last...Ford has treated me ten times better in a similar situation years ago and they even kept me informed. I definitely don't recommend Jerry's Collision Cent to have a car fixed, regardless of the kind of car. They have some learning to do on customer service.

Dennis was fantastic from start to finish and helped make the process run smoothly. We had almost everything done before the car even arrived at the dealership. All that was left was handing over money and signing a few papers. He was super friendly and down to earth and someone we would have over for a cookout. Great experience.

The service department is terrible. My Z71 has been to their shop five times to fix the radio. Also, I gave them a bad survey review from my last visit. Right after, my service advisor Josh Martin called me and confronted me. I have never in my life seen poorer customer service. Stay away from this dealership!

Today we purchased our family vehicle unintentionally, just went looking and ended up buying from Michael Cunningham. Very laid back and stress free environment and he was sure to make sure we were comfortable with our decision making. Very good experience and a great guy.
