Pulled in to get truck washed this is the third time in a row the same guy prepping the truck that’s supposed to guide you onto the rails does not guide me on and the tires hit the Damn guides. I’m tired of this and this needs to be fixed your guy on November 3 at 5:20 PM needs to learn how to guide cars onto the rails without hitting the tires. This is unacceptable.

This place is a joke. They have an employee whose sole purpose is to stand there and watch you make your wash selections on the touch screen and try to pressure you into getting expensive upgrade packages. Then they make rude comments when you only want a basic wash and not the $20 upgrades package.
Then they pressure you into adding a tip...a tip...at an AUTOMATED car wash where no one touches your car...
It's like dealing with a used car salesman just to get a car wash. Will not be going back.
Edit: I just told you how to make it right....stop trying to scam people. Stop with the high pressure sales tactics. Pathetic.

Very friendly staff, they ask for a tip upfront which really made me wonder what extra service would be provided, the answer to that question was none. They do not towel off the car at the end of the wash or anything else. Not a bad wash, free vacuum and some dirty rags at the station to wipe your car if you are so inclined.

Friendly employees but the wheel shine has no shine. Owners can pay people to stand around and try to up sell you but can’t afford to put liquid in the tire shine that you pay for.

Only go here if you want your car to get scratched up and have it cost you thousands to fix!
I hardly ever write reviews for businesses but had to after my wife took her brand new Escalade to this car wash it was scratched all over the hood and scratched and dented on the roof by their equipment. It took me 6 phone calls before I could get a return call or an answer. They did an incident report and then came back and told me it wasn’t their fault. Her car was brand new and it was the first car wash she had ever used since getting it.
This is a horrible car wash and no one should ever use them.
