I went in to pick up an online order. I got there a couple minutes before they were due to open (9 am). I waited the couple minutes then proceeded to go in- doors were locked. I waited a couple more minutes and then called-no answer.
I waited till 9:35 before an employee unlocked the door to open the store.
No apology
I understand things happen but still.

Worthless store. Went in with a Polaris cleaner for warranty work and the guy told me they couldn’t even look at it for 3 weeks because they were doing inventory. Fast forward almost 2 weeks and I brought the cleaner back to go ahead and have them put it on the list and the same guy says, can you bring it back in 3 weeks? I left and drove to a Fort Worth store and the guy there says inventory can be done in 1 day. His opinion is the guy at the Hudson Oaks store just doesn’t want to do anything. The Fort Worth store took my cleaner right away. Will never go back to this store. I have filed a complaint with corporate the guy in the Hudson Oaks store needs to go.

Rude!!!! Huffed and puffed because 3 people were waiting to have their water tested. He clearly did not want to conduct water tests. One man walked out because the guy was so rude to him. I switched to Hacienda Pools around the corner and they welcomed me and acted professionally and happy to help me. One time I went there, and the store was closed with a sign that said “CLOSED, I wasn’t feeling well. Sorry for the inconvenience.”

The Hudson Oaks store has the worst customer service. The one in weatherford is so much better. Much more experienced and courteous employees.
