I started my search for the perfect therapist for me. I found 4 so far. Today Amber released my neck that have not happened in long time. The ease I feel now made me reach for the phone and write this review. Great customer service and I love notifications about last minute openings. Thanks!

Realizing a lot of massage places prefer that you make an appointment, I decided to take me chances and walked into this location mid-day during the week. I've always been someone who thought the more the pressure the better. I decided to go with the experts recommendation after describing what I needed as being "something relaxing". Chuck was amazing! All of the staff was pleasant, professional, and very knowledgeable. I was so impressed I signed up for their 12-month wellness massage program so I'll definitely be going back... at least once a month.

My wife booked an appointment and within the 24 hours she cancels it and wanted to reschedule as she had an irritation occurred on her face. It states if you have an irritation to not show up. She canceled leaving a voicemail as they were not open yet. She waited for a callback but nothing. She called them back and pretty much was told she would need to pay $100. For cancellation within 24 hours of booking the appointment. This location is a joke and has no customer service whatsoever. I will never again purchase a gift card for my wife there again. There are a lot of other places who would love our business and money. The gift card is non refundable of $200 and they charged our bank card $100. So $300 down the drain. The reason we will never return. I can understand if we didn’t call nor show up but the fact a call was made to reschedule due to unforeseen situations. This is unacceptable.

Made an appointment for next day for an intensive facial. Woke up with a rash all over my face from a new product I used the night before. I tried calling at 8 when it states they are open, it went to voicemail. I left a message asking for a call back to hopefully reschedule. No one called so I called back at 9 and spoke to someone. They said it would result in a charge of $100. The facial itself was going to come to about $170. I asked if should i just go in so they can turn me away, she said no. I understand everyone’s time is valuable however that facial wasn’t going to happen today, regardless. Really, I could understand the charge if I just didn’t show up. Totally disappointed and I won’t make another appointment with them. Why would I want to reschedule and pay double for one service?? Bad business if you want return customers.

I had a massage and it was wonderful!! My neck, shoulders and back was back to normal after the amazing massage. Would recommend them!!

All I can say is, "Just do not waste your time with this location." They are completely out of touch in so many facets of their business plan/approach. They have done irreparable damage to the Massage Envy brand. Can't say you have not been warned. Sorry for such a brutal review. But, sometimes that is what it takes to communicate to others what to expect...

Massage was pretty good! Got all the spots I asked for!They didn't have any music playing so it was just kinda an awkward silence and they massaged my feet even though I didn't ask them to.

Lots of scheduling options and friendly staff. My husband had a hard time finding a therapist he likes. Expect to 2 to 4 weeks wait.

7 year client I spoke to 2 Chelsea rude with attitude, hang up the phone on me. , phone personnel 1st impression . I don't ENVY MASSAGE ENVY for ignorant personnel.

I have been a massage envy client for over 7 years. I had accumulated many hours which I can't use due to being told numerous times they are booked for the slots I was interested in. I asked to speak to the owner and was told the owner isn't available however there is a manager Chelsea . I expressed to Chelsea the frustration I had with not being able to book an appointment. She was very rude and had an attitude, telling me she's always at the front desk, and that she never spoke to me because I never called asking for an appointment, then she hag up the phone on me. I called again and another Chelsea picked up the phone stating this is Chelsea, I asked her why did you hang up the phone on me, she said that was another Chelsea, then she explained that she's the manager and the other Chelsea is the assistant manager, so I asked why did the assistant manager hang up on me, she stated that Chelsea told her that I yelled at her which is a lie just like the I never called for an appointment lie. Chelsea obviously is a liar. Needless to say, I asked Chelsea the manager which was rude as well, actually extra rude, worse than the first Chelsea, to book an appointment and she told me that there are no slots available, and then she added not for at least one month and a half, then she told me that she had to go because she was busy and doesn't have the time for me. I asked to speak to the owner and she told me the owner is never around. Both Chelsea's were rude, ignorant, disrespectful, pushy, irritating, lacked communication skills, have no clue on how to resolve a schedule issue, instead of being helpful, serving, understanding and solving the lack of appointment slots availability. If I were the owner of this Massage Envy I would fire them both for their attitudes at a minimum. The phone personnel is the first impression of all businesses. I sure don't ENVY MASSAGE ENVY for having ignorant personnel.

Love this place. You need look a little bit for the correct massage person but other that that is awesome
