I meet up with a friend. It was very hard to hear each other. Music was way too loud. Service was fast, considering how busy they were.

I go every day and everyone is so friendly and always remembers my order! i go out of my way to stop by this location because of the service and honestly the coffee is just better here!!

Service is great at this location. Staff are pleasant and fast. The drivethrough lines are moderate but seem to flow well. Orders are created correctly every time!I recommend.

I absolutely love this location! I pass two others just to come here because of how great the experience always is. This is by far the best Starbucks staff. Whoever does the hiring for this location does a phenomenal job! Everyone is always so incredibly friendly and personable. They seem to genuinely enjoy working there. This type of environment breeds good work culture. Also, to mention all of the staff is really knowledgeable on the menu. I like to try new things and they always make great suggestions based off what I’m interested in having that day.

Easily the best Starbucks in the DFW area. Everyone is sincerely polite and the drinks are made perfectly. I can't recommend this location enough.

This shop is awesome. I'm in the drive thru at least 3 times a week and they're always happy to see me. My vanilla sweet cream cold brew is delicious every time. Good job, H.O. Starbucks!

I used to go here, at least 2-3 times a week for about 2 years, a lot of the people were great, one day there was a problem with their computer or my app. and it said showed I had paid when I scanned my code except on the cashiers side it didn't, I tried to explain what happened but she said scan it again, so I did and it took more money off my app, and said it didn't work, the manager came out and told me to not yell at her employees.I will admit the tone of my voice changed when they didn't believe a reg customer that an app or an electronic device couldn't make a mistake and that I had to be lying just to get a 7$ coffee. if you read this maybe next time a customer had this problem just comp. them the drink and maybe there won't be a scene and you won't lost a LONGTIME starbucks customer

I wanted to give a shout out to Alma. I had gone to another Starbucks that made my drink awfully and didn’t care to fix it, so I ran into the Hudson oaks location & Alma took care of it without hesitation! She’s always been so sweet every time I’ve gone in. The Hudson Oaks location is great because Alma is great! Very thankful her and the rest of the sweet staff!

Nothing but good things to say about this starbucks!! Got back from the airport early this morning and my wallet was not with me. With help from the lady & lad at the window, I got my venmo account connected to the starbs app but they gave me the drink for free, even after my phone froze up their computer. Highly recommend!!

This has always been our favorite Starbucks. However, today I ordered my typical tall cafe mocha and butter crossant. Well, after being on the road a bit, I realized my cup was half full. Ugh.....for the amount of money I spend there, please give me a full cup. FYI, they were not busy.
