“I visited last Saturday with three bags of folded clothes. I was greeted immediately when I entered the store. I also had a pickup from the previous week’s online sale (loved my items!). My items were sorted and I was offered store credit vs cash for my items. Since I shop their online sales often, I accepted the credit. Now, given they are going to resale my items, no I did not receive a premium for my items I sold to them but that is to be expected. They are taking the risk. I could have done the work to try to sell them myself but it was easier for me to take them to them to sell, so if you go into this with your expectations in check, you will have a positive experience. I was greeted, helped with a positive attitude in a very timely fashion, and I got some spending money to feed my turquoise obsession (already spent, lol)! I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with this little small business and will continue to shop here! TRS fan!”

We left went next door and a few minutes later the owner from this store came up to us apologizing he had accidentally overcharged us $3.00. We were touched he cared enough to come find find us and give it back… We will certainly shop here every chance we get…”
