I have no clue why everyone in this Walgreens pharmacy is always
so incredibly unhappy and angry. Every time I go there lately they are rude to each other and rolling their eyes. It may be management but they are not happy and then if reflects on their customer service.

I want to recognize Grace, a young pharmacy technician at Walgreens, for delivering outstanding service under pressure. She was single-handedly managing both the drive-thru window and the front counter—and despite the heavy workload, she handled everything with professionalism, kindness, and efficiency. Grace filled my wife’s prescription quickly and made sure we were taken care of, even with a line of customers waiting. Her calm demeanor and dedication truly stood out. Walgreens is fortunate to have someone like her on staff. Thank you, Grace—you made a stressful moment so much easier!

Would give 0 stars if possible. I’ve been coming to this pharmacy for 3 years. There used to be a really nice brunette female and another male working and they were super nice and we got prescriptions pretty quickly.
Within the last 6 months to a year there are 2-3 new very young females that are very snobby and are completely bothered to do their job. They will up charge you out of spite for any extra necessities. And lie about wait times so they can continue to stuff their face with food at the window at 4pm. I’ve also been lied to about the availability of a nebulizer, they told me they would have to order it and it would be there next week when my 4 year old had Croup. I switched the prescription to Albertsons pharmacy since they said they had one available same day. The same blonde younger female called me within 20 minutes and berated me for trying to switch pharmacy’s and told me she “found one just now” my 4 year old could not wait a week.
Do not go here or bother these awful girls to do their job. The male pharmacist is just as guilty as he laughs it off with them there. Please don’t waste your time here.

Poor customer service. Always have to a long time to get your prescription. Pharmacy staff always look upset and angry at customers.

I absolutely need to give a shout out to Susie in Photo at the Walgreens/Hudson Oaks location! She is proof that there is still awesome customer service in the crazy, not so friendly sometimes, world we live in. She is genuine and so so sweet. You will leave with your beautiful photos feeling like you just made a new friend, I did! The pictures I submitted for a very simple photo book were not cropped properly (my bad) not only did she call me and alert me with the problem, but when I got there she was patient and took the time to help me organize everything for my precious photo book for my grandson! Everyone there was friendly and extremely helpful! I won't get pictures developed anywhere else! Thank you Susie!

WTAF?!? Scheduled vax @noon for 315 appointment, ran about 10m long (they were busy AH), done. They even had to run a cross check bc my pharmacy card was expired.
HEB was sending me to Burleson, CVS to white settlement. Does no one get xxx in Weatherford Hudson oaks?

Today was my second time shopping at this Walgreens. I must say they have the best employees. The pharmacists were super friendly and helpful. The lady at the front checkout was super friendly and helpful as well. They actually made my day. It's nice to come across great service like this. My first time shopping experience was excellent as well. Good job!

i got there 2 minutes before close and they had there closed sighn up while all the staff was just standing around. honestly pretty sad since they are a business of life or death for some people.
