Sherilyne and Rachel at Walmart Hudson Oaks went over and beyond assisting me. They were both friendly, very professional, and efficient. They handled my dilemna and took care of the situation. They are both assets to Walmart. Thank you, Sherilyne and Rachel from a grateful customer.

The pharmacy is fine but Jesus Christ they need to hire more people back there. Current staff is doing their best but management has clearly not staffed them for the volume of customers they receive.

Dumpster fire mess. The techs are not only inept but they are rude too. I just got sent from one line to the next because I asked how much each of my prescriptions cost (3) and if the correct insurance was used. She grouched, “Well, I don’t know! You have to go in that other line for insurance questions. I have a line”. INSURANCE QUESTIONS??? So I get sent to the other line where I was told the answer to my very simple questions after waiting in line for twenty minutes. However, when I asked if she could just check me out, she said she could not and pointed back to a line that I’d just been in, now 7 customers deep. I left after waiting for 15 more minutes with 4 people still ahead of me.As an aside, I had a young girl, with long straight hair and glasses (she was adorable) take care of me last week and she was brilliant and helpful. Unfortunately, she was a rare exception to the rule and has probably run off never to return since. I heard H‑E‑B is nice :)

This place deserves 0 stars but had to give something to review. I came here from FtWorth. Their pharmacies are always full to the max,drive thrus,lines,phone calls. I call in my script refills &got them days & times they said they'd be..on time EVERYTIME!! I come back to this old podunk area again & remember why TF I left. These people couldn't put a cheese sandwich together even with visual &written instructions. There's less people, traffic. They act like they're flooded. The other day I showed up at 6pm to fill my husbands meds. Lady said "it'd be 20minutes n don't show up at 7..we do not like that!" I went to get a few things. Come back @ 6:27..not done..10 minutes later not done..same after..guess what...7:05 it was ready n they were supposed to be closed.. only four people I'd seen there in line the whole time.ive called in script refills... Some I constantly remind them about. I'm still waiting on 3. A month later. When I went Monday... & They supposedly sent them in. Now I gotta wait probably another 6 days after calling n griping to them about the service and knowledge they have there.. pathetic work ethic..nice n friendly don't count for s#it when they don't do their job!!

Unable to fill my prescription after 24 hours, they lied to my face four times by saying it would be ready in 20 minutesa each time I inquired about it.I finallyto ask for the written script back so I can get it filled elsewhere.

Pharmacists and techs have always gone out there way to help and treat me well. I feel like their customer service is great. There is a lot to goes into filling a prescription and just because you drop it off doesn't mean it'll be done in 5 mins. I have been to this location when they are completely slammed. I feel like they need one or two extra people in the pharmacy sometimes. I don' t know if that is a Walmart staffing issue or if the pharmacy is a separate entity. Any who, people need to stop getting mad about their scripts. Get the Walmart app and track your order. Mind blowing, I know. Thanks Hudson Oaks Walmart Pharm :)

I came in at 11:30 to the customer service department and they had one employee working the line was long so I went to a register to pay my bill. She said she could apply it then couldn’t get it to scan so I left and came back at 4:30. Still just one employee in customer service and the line is just as long. They need more help in this area

The people are nice but it takes hours to fill a prescription. Every single time I go I am told it’ll be 30 more minutes and to come back, even when I have given them hours since the time the medicine was called in. Usually I am waiting in line for 10-15 minutes prior to being told to come back also. I understand pharmacies are busy but being told to come back every single time is not okay. I have been told to come back three times before and then they said they were out of the medication the third time.... I try and be understanding but this happening every single time is too much.

Horrible pharmacy. Under staffed. Bad pharmacist. Awful experience for 24 months now. Go anywhere else
