“UPDATE --- Offer has been honored?A few days ago, I opened up the mobile app and it stated I qualified to have my vehicle refinanced at a lower rate and lower monthly payment. I think oh that's great so I apply. Fast forward a week later and I'm informed that I don't qualify - also, my vehicle value was insufficient. This needs to definitely be changed. Not only was I denied, but now I have a hard inquiry on my credit report!!”

“I stopped by here yesterday to correct something I screwed up when setting up a new account online. I've always used big banks and this was my first experience with a regional. There was no line (a refreshing difference from a big bank!) and I was greeted by two employees. Christina is the one who helped me sort out my mailing address issue; she was thorough and she was pleasant to talk to. She also introduced me to the bank manager and I had a good conversation with them both. The three employees I chatted with there all seemed very friendly and experienced, and they were a joy to be around. I'd recommend you go to this location, don't go to the one at the front of kingwood by 59, it's too busy up there. This is the location to go to. What a great staff!”

I was moving to Tennessee and I thought I would wait it out, then after further thinking I came to myself and thought I had a check that was going to be directly deposited. I googled it and discovered that I can make it to this location and open up another account. So I did just that.”

“Chase is like the shopping center of Banks because it’s so accessible and it almost feels too welcoming to want to get a card there. Plus they are always in the mood to give free money away to those with certain amounts of first time deposits along with the CD options they have available too. Someone could look into the CD option if they have bigger bucks to deposit.”
“I have been banking with the same bank since 1987. At that point it was called Greenway Bank and trust, through the years it has been bought and sold multiple times the most recent before PNC was compass BBVA. The transition was very smooth to PNC and the staff goes way beyond what I expect them to do. I’m so happy and so pleased with the additional hours and additional days for both in lobby and drive-through banking. Online banking has gotten easier and with more functions and giving you more capability to do whatever banking that you need. I am so happy with PNC Bank that I am even questioning myself as I’m not a bank person. I have three accounts at this bank and I am happy with the attention that I get the personalized service that I get the courteousness the professionalism and at the same time they treat you like family.
