We went last night to get plastic wrap and a bundle of boxes, i grabbed the plastic wrap and the lady told me she will be right with me. 20 minutes later she was still on the phone and haven't been helped yet so i decided to leave and come back in the morning. My husband went in this time and i stayed in the car and she was on the phone again. He waited 10 minutes before finally being helped. I would assume since you have a in store customer you could put the phone call on hold for 2 minutes so I could check out instead of having to stand there for 20 minutes or more. Definitely not very good customer service.

Heavy set lady there with piercings and very unprofessional and rude. I do not recommend this place.

The employees at Huffman gave THEE BEST customer service and were extremely friendly. I value excellent customer service and that's exactly what I received. I totally recommend.

This is not a good place to store your things unless you want them to get ate up by "field mice" I showed the owner picture where something is eating up my things, I have a non climate control but it still does not matter these FIELD MICE should not be eating up my things..Im moving my things before I have nothing. Yes Im late paying my storage every month due to the way I get paid but I pay the $157 this include the $25 late fee & insurance $12 storage $120....These field mice which or RAT have went into my taped up boxes eating up my things.

So my family and I use the storage for my mother-in-law and father-in-law about a year ago. It was super clean super conveniently located. The service was excellent. I felt secure with the RV there and with the contents of my mother-in-law and father-in-law‘s house we’ve recently emptied it all out, and it was excellent experience. Highly recommend this location and Mr. Ryker was very helpful and knowledgeable

Huffman storage has been an excellent facility to store my things. Riker has been very helpful every time I needed something. I can't say enough good things about Huffman Storage. Very nice, very clean and great customer service.

The storage facility is clean, secure, and easy for the renter to access. I also experienced great customer service while I was there.
