  Excellent place. The office manager explained everything in detail and was very nice! I would definitely recommend this place. I went to another Cube Smart about 3 years ago. My experience there was absolutely horrible.

  I just want to say that Cube Smart has been a huge blessing as the new owners of the storage facility. Elizabeth has been transparent and thorough through all of the changes. Each one of the changes have been a huge improvement for my situation. I would recommend this storage facility to my friends and family. Thank you Elizabeth.

  Please, accept this Letter of Appreciation and Recommendation for the superlative services demonstrated by the consummate professional Manager Denise Dupree of Huffman Self Storage, in Huffman, Texas. Manager Denise Dupree is the personification of excellence in achieving superb customer satisfaction she demonstrates the core values of altruism, , social courage, politeness, moral integrity, tenacity, and going above and beyond the call of duty to meet her clients needs. I asked manager Denise Dupree does she enjoy working for Huffman Self Storage and she informed me that she has excellent and brilliant leaders like administrator Todd, who creates a win-win environment for her to grow from. I have been receiving exemplary services from manager Denise Dupree for a significant period of time, and she always responds with swift and
  effective communication. I live near the Fort Cavazos Killeen , Texas area which is approximately a four-hour drive from Huffman Texas but the reason why I will not move my property from Huffman Texas to where I live at, is because of the sensational services I received from manager denise. I have been a customer with Huffman self-storage since 2003, and they have magnificent climate control units combined with a honorable manager Denise Dupree,
  who maintains the property of security measures and administrative measures in a top-notch manner, every time I call manager denise she provides me with great knowledge and comfort that my property is up to par, and if I should choose to want to donate some of my property to the local churches she will assign volunteers within the community to meet me at the facility to assist me with moving the items and donating the items to the local churches. I highly recommend that this ethical and distinguish manager Denise Dupree to be awarded a meritorious pay increase for her honorable service , job promotion, six week paid vacation Cruise, and employee of the year award from her executive leadership.

  Great location! Their prices are fair, better than most storage facilities I have come across. They also have Uhaul Trucks/Van's and trailers! They have boxes, box cutters, tape, rope, everything you need! Awesome one-stop-shop for ALL of your moving needs! Highly recommend! 👌

  I rent a u haul truck every week from Tamara, who is both knowledgeable & friendly. She often goes above & beyond by setting up a reservation for me. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a u haul or storage facility.

  Great place to donate your stuff to criminals! Had my unit broke ln into due to maintenance cutting the latch off the door and literally left it for long enough for my unit to not just be broken into, but they had the time to rifle through everything too! The office worker at the time, Ashley, even had notes of the break in and claimed they “tried to call me”, but my phone records that day deny that. The number was right and everything. The cherry on top was them finding my wife’s drivers license by the unit, and instead of calling or mailing it back, decided to keep it. Management also wouldn’t provide video for the police report, so that was nice of them.
  
  Overall just an overpriced, poorly ran, and absolute SCUMMY facility. Take your business to Public Storage in Atascocita, I got a much bigger unit for cheaper there, plus security is tight. No one’s donating your hard earned belongings for you there! I wish I would’ve read others’ reviews before paying good money to store here, apparently I’m not the first one to have a convenient “theft” happen due to maintenance’s negligence

  STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! Unless you want your stuff stolen! They have a new manager but he trying to do clean up after the last one!
