We take our work trucks here and they always come back better than we left them. I definitely trust them with my vehicle. The other place I had taken my truck to looked at my AC 3 times and never fixed the issue. Brought my truck here and they fixed the issue the first time they had it. Now my AC works better than when my truck was new. That should tell you everything you need to know. Def bring your vehicle here

My car was making a bad noise and they discovered it was the wheel hub. Fixed it right up!

Overall: Service satisfactory, displeased with other practices. Will not come back but no problems with repairs.
Long of it - brought my car in for a charge system fault, to get it diagnosed. Left name, phone number and keys and such and they'd get to it the next day as they were busy. I explicitly asked them to call me with an update when they had one, so I could learn any prices associated with repairs, and if I didn't answer to text as I would see that instead.
Instead, not only did I not receive any communication by phone or text, instead they decided to communicate exclusively with a relative of mine who called and claimed to be related to me after I'd dropped the car off. Who instead gave their number, asked for updates to go to them, and.... somehow this was okay with them?
At what point is it okay for someone else to call, try and redirect all communications and approvals to someone who wasn't there at dropoff, without ever reaching out to the person who actually dropped it off - whose car it is - whose number they were left with and told directly to contact regarding everything? No one ever tried to confirm if the person who called was actually doing so with my knowledge or approval.
I had already received one quote at another repair shop for roughly $200 less, and my relative knew this, and instead decided to reach out and agree to it on my behalf and okay the purchase of the part and okay the process and, again, the repair shop never thought to - or never cared to - actually reach out to ME, THE OWNER, WHO LEFT MY NUMBER WITH THEM, to see if I actually approved of any of it.
So now that everything is paid for, now I am on the hook for about $200 USD more than the original quote I received from another shop that I was considering taking it back to.
I am not going to hassle the shop for the difference because said relative has agreed to eat the difference, as I never agreed to it and I already had a cheaper offer(that they knew of), but all the same, I will not be going back to a repair shop that doesn't bother reaching out to the customer who brought the vehicle in, first, before purchasing parts and agreeing to do/start repairs. That's the very basics that a car repair shop should do. I explicitly, TWICE, directly asked for them to call ME, the second time directly stating, again, ME, to call ME, no one else, the number I originally left with them and even after confirming this(Thanks Mike), they still called the relative instead who had tried to hijack the process.

I’ve known Mike for well over 50 years. He has always been and remains today, a man of integrity. There is no auto repair shop I trust as much as Jerry’s especially with Mike at the helm. Always honest and always fair. If you have an auto issue, it’s a no-brainer, Jerry’s is the place to go.

Jerrya auto ans mike are most honest hard working w reasonably priced and fast working and very detailed on every aspect of fixing vehicle's . They have fixed several of my cars and my friends .
Herei s whar my daughtwf actualyl sent me in a text about then fixing all of her vehicles and thoroughly do an amazing job !
First picture below is her honest response . Jerrys have fixed something on almost every vehicle I have bought her . Simply because they were used and old w lots of miles . They always fix it perfectly and never over charge us like dealerships and other mechanic shops !

I have trusted Mike and entire staff at Jerry’s Auto Repair for over 10 years . They were a very small garage when I was a kid . I have lived out of state since 2019 but they have still totally repaired two of my daughters vehicles and my son in laws vehicle . Which I have had to call them from out of state and they have never had any problems w fixing and repairing all the vehicles I send their from my kids and my kids friends . They are very knowledgable on a types of vehicles and no job is too big or too small. Their workmanship is by far the best even better than dealerships . Prices are very reasonable and all their work can be trusted to last , which they have shown me repeatedly on several vehicles. I have never had to take anything back to them for same problems . With me living out of state , it’s difficult to know my daughters /sons vehicle broke down . They have even towed the vehicle for us and picked up vehicle from body shop also . Mike always calls me when they locate the problem on vehicle and explains in detail the way they will fix it , also make sure I know the exact amount of cost or estimate depending on job . Just to make sure my finances are in tact to fully pay for repairs . Honest trustworthy and very. Intelligent on all types of vehicles . I am very proud to give 5 STARS!! Jerrys auto is very highly recommended by me and my friends and family. Extremely top notch mechanic shop !! Love them ! Beth McClure.

I would just like to say, thank you Mike....for taking the time to hear me out about the issues we were having (for the last 3 yrs) on our 2015 Ford f-150.
Yall fixed EXACTLY i asked yall to fix (after much deliberation, arguing and fighting with 'Whitley' {truck's name BTW}, and many hours of my own research about said truck.....I'm so glad i figured it out...yay...I think i deserve a cookie...lol).....and i am soooooooo freaking ecstatic to report that 'whitley' is still being a well behaved vehicle.
Believe it or not. Just the fact that a person FINALLY listened and heard what I was saying....but then following through and getting it fixed.....heck....YALL DESERVE A COOKIE, TOO!!

I took my 2009 Nissan Rogue to them to have my AC fixed and they did a great job and was fast and very reasonable on their price. I highly recommend this place ..
