Some of them are absolutely disrespectful don't know how to work the people and the manager Micheal has to respect for there employees and at this point I've learned if I walk into that store to ask if the manager is there and if he is I leave and go to the one In Atascocita he absolutely disgust me. I hope he gets fired he's not right for the position it's so depressing there when he's there.

I was having trouble getting a part off of my car for 2 days now after using different tool after tool and Adan went above and beyond to help and make sure we got that part off. He is AWESOME!

I called and ordered two parts, very simple process, you’d think…Was promised the part next day and when I called the following day to check on the part was told that they wouldn’t have the part until the following day because the driver wasn’t there today. I called the Atascocita location (witch is by far the best location) and they told me that they have the parts that were ordered for me and that the MANAGER should have made the daily tun to pick up the parts the the customers order the prior day. I have heard around town that numerous people have had numerous complaints about the manager at this location.
