Topped off air for a girl that stopped while they were helping us. In the process of repairing our tire, they replaced a seecond tire which was badly worn. They did it all with smiles, good conversation, and ended with a, "Good luck on your daughter's job interview." I stopped in to this shop and the gentleman that was assistaning me pulled my tire off and notice that I had almost no tread on my tire.( I was only looking at the very outside of the tire thinking it was still good). He showed me the tire and recommended I replace it before I drove on it. He was very polite and gave me a decent price on a very good quality tire. He searched for a new or used one in his inventory and didn't have my tire size in stock, so he made a temporary fix, aired it up, and checked the other tires to make sure they were okay and he found & referred me to another local tire shop (Click's Tire Service) and gave me their information and wouldn't accept payment for his help, kindness, and generosity. “Tommy is an AMAZING manager! He never hesitates to go the extra mile for pep boy customers. I've been using pep boys for a few years. Back in October 2023, all I wanted to do is pick tires up. This was because my previous visit of buying a whole set of tires, there was some issues that made me not want to return as a customers, however, pep boys carry the tires I love. Tommy did anything and everything, with in his means, to make sure I left as a satisfied customer. For that reason, I'm a continued customer!Today, February 27, 2024, I came in for an appointment to replace one of my newer purchased tires that had a nail in the side wall. He was neck deep in customers, was training, and yet he still managed to take FANTASTIC care of his customers. Thank you so much Tommy.Also, Ethan tried his best to get me in Monday morning for my tire to be repaired. He asked tire size, since i could not remember, he asked if he could call me back shortly due to many customers. So he callled me back, to inform me he looked up my account and they had the tire in stock. He had no availability for appointments and were super slammed with walk-ins. He would be more than glad to have me come in but there would be a significant wait. So we made an appointment for the following day. Great customer service!”

“Rick and Pierce were awesome! Price was cheaper and service was amazing. Was looking for the perfect tire for my lifted 2013 Silverado. They took what I wanted which I thought was impossible ( an off-road tire that has minimal noise on the freeway), gave me a couple of choices and I picked the Nitto Recon Grappler. A tire “DS” did not even have as an option! They look awesome and were installed professionally. Thanks LHT team!”
