“My alternator went out when I was making a left hand turn from and to major roads. I was helped by the police directing traffic around me. Kingwood Service Center helped me to contact a towing service and their truck was right around the corner from me. I was quickly towed to Kingwood Service Center, where they repaired my car and gave me a ride home. I picked it up the next day and it is running great! They turned a rather traumatic experience into a “no problem” situation. I thank them so much! NT”

“I realized that my tired had a gash while I was was driving out of work, and I ended up stuck at a gas station. This shop was only a few blocks away, and they came out immediately. They changed my tire in under 10 minutes and were so kind the entire time.
They even offered to save a replacement tire for me and told me they could install it right after school for a very affordable price. No pressure, just genuine kindness and fast, helpful service. I’m really grateful for how quickly they helped me get back on the road safely.

“I had bought my tires at this store recently & the salesman remembered me, & greeted me on arrival as he was free, and immediately took care of my tire with a nail. The tire wasn't fixable b/c I had driven 3 miles on it as it was becoming flat. My tires were warrantied with road hazard & it cost $27 for a new tire and I was in & out within 15 minutes!! “I have went to this tire shop that somebody recommended me. The staff was really nice, but there was only one guy that he was inappropriately dressed, and not very professional. He was wearing basketball shorts He was wearing unappropriate clothing. His basketball short was hanging down passed his buttocks. My daughter and wife were there with me. I was going to give more than that but the way he dressed isn’t for work place”

“Amazing shop! We brought our car in on a Saturday and he got us in and out quickly! Even while he was busy with several other cars. The tires he got us look brand new and he even went through and made sure our other tires were aired up. We were stressed about the cost of replacing our tires but he worked with us and recommended what 2 tires we needed immediately and what we could wait until we get paid again on. Will only use him from now on!”

“I needed a tire rotation but my lug nuts had become swollen. I was there the previous week and they told me the part number for new lug nuts. I ordered them, came back a week later and they removed the swollen ones, rotated my tires and installed the new lug nuts. Process took about 45 minutes.”
