“It was horrible that I got 2 flat tires on the expressway, on my way to the airport. It was LUCKY that it happened right at the NTB exit. I walked in to the lobby 1 minute before the posted closing time, but Kim and everyone at NTB stayed late and made sure that I was taken care of! She was so sweet and made sure that the tires I needed were in stock (and I scheduled to have my sensors replaced at the same time). It was ready for pickup at 10am the next morning. “I had bought my tires at this store recently & the salesman remembered me, & greeted me on arrival as he was free, and immediately took care of my tire with a nail. The tire wasn't fixable b/c I had driven 3 miles on it as it was becoming flat. My tires were warrantied with road hazard & it cost $27 for a new tire and I was in & out within 15 minutes!! He was wearing basketball shorts He was wearing unappropriate clothing. His basketball short was hanging down passed his buttocks. My daughter and wife were there with me. I was going to give more than that but the way he dressed isn’t for work place”
