“Came here to get my jeep lift retorked and they were able to get it taken care of quickly. I also had an issue with a squeak that I didn’t even mention. I told him the original installer had been giving me the run around and never repaired it. He was able to fix the squeak with no issue. Thank goodness no more squeak. “Tommy is an AMAZING manager! He never hesitates to go the extra mile for pep boy customers. I've been using pep boys for a few years. Back in October 2023, all I wanted to do is pick tires up. This was because my previous visit of buying a whole set of tires, there was some issues that made me not want to return as a customers, however, pep boys carry the tires I love. Tommy did anything and everything, with in his means, to make sure I left as a satisfied customer. For that reason, I'm a continued customer!Today, February 27, 2024, I came in for an appointment to replace one of my newer purchased tires that had a nail in the side wall. He was neck deep in customers, was training, and yet he still managed to take FANTASTIC care of his customers. Thank you so much Tommy.Also, Ethan tried his best to get me in Monday morning for my tire to be repaired. He asked tire size, since i could not remember, he asked if he could call me back shortly due to many customers. So he callled me back, to inform me he looked up my account and they had the tire in stock. He had no availability for appointments and were super slammed with walk-ins. He would be more than glad to have me come in but there would be a significant wait. So we made an appointment for the following day. Great customer service!”

“We got a 6-inch lift on our truck from this location a few years back. Just recently been experiencing some alignment issues, so we went to see if they would honor an alignment for us. I didn't catch the gentleman's name, but he was very polite and helpful to us. They aligned our truck and double-checked for safety free-of-charge to us. We are so very thankful to the staff here at USA tire in Humble/Kingwood. It's so hard to find genuine customer service these days, and it means alot to recieve it. Highly recommend this place. Got a low tire, Stop buy and get in line for free pressure checks and filling all the way around. They have a great credit card with no interest charge offers if you qualify so you can get that whole set you need . They are competitively priced , you can shop online and set up service appointment to save time. I always buy my Michelin tires there.”

In particular the painted calipers my car comes with are not as durable as powder coated ones. Even when phoning in for immediate assistance a gentleman's name that started with an "H" deserves credit. Sorry for not remembering the name, but I did not get to meet him when I showed in person.”

“Costco wholesale is not for everybody but if you find one of their distribution centers in your area I highly encourage you to go inside and look around. Much to my personal surprise Costco is about more than food. They also have appliances computers, jewelry and clothes. However, back to the food, you hear about the famous whole rotisserie chicken for $4.99 which they do have and it is good but I think the bigger bargain is a gigantic six or 7 inch hot dog, juicy and thick and 16 ounce cup of soda for $1.50. There are ridiculous savings scattered throughout the store. I'm not sure if the same items are always at giveaway prices all the time or they rotate but it's certainly worth your while to go in there more than once. Yes there is a $60 annual membership but I'm pretty sure on that first package of fresh chicken (35 or so for $8) and toiletries you can recoup that costs in no time at all. Before you sign up, be aware of a few quirks about this place - they only take Visa and cash, they don't put your things in bags. You have to take it in the cart and load it in your vehicle yourself and they have a wholesale liquor store adjacent to the food center. Happy pigging.”

“Brought my company vehicle in for required services at about 10:30am. Standard maintenance required... oil change and bumper to bumper inspections. I also asked to have the tow light connection checked as it is not operating at all. Total time for everything was about 3 hours.... now that may sound like a long wait. Keep in mind I didn't make an appointment, it was very busy from the time I arrived until I left, the amount of work being done to my vehicle (along with every other bay filled with a vehicle and the work being done to them) and they found and took care of other issues with my truck during the inspection. Three hours is not a very long time to wait for this amount of work.My suggestion to anyone is simply Google how long or how many hours it takes to do whatever it is that your looking to have done on your vehicle and then add a wait time to that because your not the only customer... If your in a hurry drop it off or use a 15 min oil change place.The staff was very friendly, courtesy was very forthright on all levels and I never once had to ask what the status of my vehicle was because the staff kept me well informed step by step.Long story short this is an exceptional location that does great work safely, engaging with customers and keeping the information flowing. In today's world its not at all hard to simply drop off a vehicle if life does not afford the ability to wait.Very happy with my visit. I will be back for all reaming scheduled visits.”
