Wow so glad to see I'm not the only one that's frustrated about the system goes down way too often. Last time it went down. They mentioned something about you'll have access to $200 while the system was down. As long you have the money to cover it course. But after today that's been proven wrong. Come August taking some time off. To change banks. I'm so done with this bank

Because there's not a lower score. Can't wait to move my business elsewhere. I'm constantly out of state which is the only reason I haven't but as soon as I get back, im changing. System is constantly down that prevents me from accessing MY money and when complaining to the branch, their response is very dismissing

All I wanted was my papers notarized. Brittany normally does it but she wasn't at her desk.The other lady was like uhh uhh get Brittany to do it obviously she wasn't at her desk. I was just standing there waiting. The lady at the front desk is very sweet other than that WORSE SERVICE!
