Its 2023, why are these corporations hiring people who cannot operate POS systems? If there is any kind of failure, it shuts the whole store down and the employees say "sorry system is down i cant sell you anything". But its NEVER a company wide issue, its always localized to individual stores which means its operator error and the operator has no clue how to fix errors. It used to be once the interner based systems had malfunctions, the store had means to continue operating like TAKING CASH and having manual means of receipts. Now its all so dependent on the Internet, any slight hiccup crashes the whole thing. Pretty ridiculous. If youre going to be so heavily reliant on digitized economy, why are there no plan Bs when stuff screws up?

The system is ALWAYS down. The cashier was RUDE. They really need to get the "system" fixed.

How do you have a table full of snacks that says 'Wow, $1' then you get to the register & they're NOT. Then you're told 'oh, you gotta have the rewards' when that's posted NO where on the table?? Then you try to get iced coffee and the machine is ON but not working and the cashier is too busy on her earpod to come assist so she just says 'oh, it must be turned off'?

I am a regular. I shop at this store 2-3 times daily because of its location to my home. There has been too much employee turnaround and the managers hired (“Ro” and whoever came after) do not know or understand how to run a successful biz. So I’m going down the street to the other 7/11 where they know how to treat and respect their daily clients. I will never shop this store again because the management has been from Ro to the new one. I am a regular and expect to be treated politely. New management has lot to learn and I’ll be taking my daily biz for a morning energy drink or a late night pizza anywhere else but here.One star was a courtesy. I give this store negative 5 stars now.

The night clerk is EXTREMELY disrespectful he can't even finish a full sentence he just ROLLS his eyes with attitude and starts to mumble on his words then gives more attitude when you can't hear him

Just stopped for gas and filled up my tank then my brother and I walked in to purchase some coffee and breakfast and the “manager” an extremely heavyset woman started harassing us accusing us of wanting to steal. Let me put this in perspective for anyone reading this, I had my brand new gold iPhone 13 pro in my hand, I drive a Dodge Charger and I was wearing a pair of TRU religion jeans so nothing whatsoever about me said I was about to steal. This was racism at its finest then the “manager” and the store associate who knew what they were doing was wrong approached our physical space and the big lady actually put her hands on my brother who should have defended himself but I told him not to because they weren’t worth it. “Manager” then enlists the help of a half rate dime store thug who resembles buckwheat. He drives an old broke down Nissan SUV that is tied together by twine just in case anyone sees him he drives around with a weapon the manager instructed him to threaten us with the weapon. Worst store experience ever and I am writing this review to warn any who try to shop there. Incident occurred at 5:35 Am on 8/29/22.

I Use To Work Here , It's Very UNPROFESSIONAL the manager is very rude and some of the workers are rude as well. We are not allowed to wear tights or jeans but when you walk in the store you will see the opposite of what you are supposed to wear . The manager doesn't like African Americans she think of us as slaves and over work us and not all workers

I did not enter store.I just put ⛽ gas. Pump 17 didn't give me my receipt. They have 24 pumps. So I didn't have to wait. There's an air machine to the right.

I went to the store off of fm1960 and townsman in humble Texas on 7-2-22 at 5:30 am. I guess the sale associate had a bad night because The associate was very rude and when I confront him about the rudeness he stuck the middle finger up at me and told me to go f myself. Every time I come here it is always something with this store they rude as heck.
