Kayla is always super rude, unprofessional and racist when I visit the store. Her encounters with a certain people of certain races and genders are bias as opposed to her other encounters. The store is nasty, the trash is full, and the drink station needs to be sanitized and clean. All in all it is a poor experience being a customer here I would highly recommend visiting another gas station, particularly another company.

Restrooms are always dirty, but,Today, there was waste all over the toilet, inside and out.lady was rude when I told her. It didn't just happen it's dried up so it's been there a while.

Just checked out with a really nice lady with a very short haircut I think she was the manager…super nice! And super friendly! Even offered me a cake to buy on my way to the gym an we both laughed it off when we realized it wasnt a good idea at 7am ??? i needed that laugh! That was my 1st time ever going there (and I've lived in the area since 2009) and i will definitely be a returning customer!

I bought a 3 pack of Modelo's, 24 OZ can's. The price in the fridge said 8.99. I get to the register she scans the barcode, the machine says insert card, I do, I'm not offered a receipt. After leaving I check my iPhone for the amount charged, it was $10.49, plus CRV, plus tax, $11.63 total. Its bad enough with inflation eating through everyone's wallets, but mislabeling your pricing and having machines that don't show the price and just say "Insert Card" feels purposely deceitful. I already avoid this place, but its a Holiday and my choices were limited. Beware.

This 7-11 went straight downhill when new owners came in. First off they raised prices on all small snack bags over $1.00 overnight. Small bag of pretzels now almost three dollars. Go to Albertson's, get a bag with 5 times more content for a dollar more. The older foreign lady that works during the day knows absoluely nothing about the store or customer service. She doesn't seem very bright. She will charge you a different price for an item every time you go there. When i tell her it's not the stated price she says over and over " new price" even though she's wrong. Imagine being at Target. You get an item clearly marked $9.99. When you get to the cashier she says " $10.99, new price. Thats what this lady does. Avoid this 7-11

Hi there yawl wanna read this to the end its a real live kool story as a review. So I was a regular customer at this 7-11 for the last 9 months, the employee at the time was horrible at customer service so I almost stopped going until one day I asked for the manger or just someone in charge and SHE WAS RIGHT THERE Cassandra is her name. I asked if I could talk to her outside about a concern I had with this horrible person that is the first thing you see when you walk in. With pleasure Cassandra walks outside with me and gives me her undivided attention. I explained my experiences at this store and she assured me that that will not happen again AND IT HAS NOT. Cassandra is such an awesome person and passionate about her store and what she does, with that seeing her at this store day in and day out was way impressive, and pleasant greetings as you come in top it off. I saw Cassandra leaving work one day and spent a few minutes chatting with her, by the time I left I was saying man I wanna work for her, she builds people up and sets them up for success, I said Cassandra I wanna work for you. I wanna be on your team and the rest is history.I'm currently on Cassandra's team at 7-11 and I must say she is loyal, compassionate, and very knowledgeable at what she does.Stop by and see us sometime. Ask for Cassandra and surprise her as if you already know her lol lol.

This is the worst 7/11 I have ever been to. They have been out of ice for 12 days. An ice machine is broken and it's 90 degrees out. Fix the damn thing. Open a bag of ice. My goodness. The franchisee is rude AF. Clean store but no products. Missing cups and lids. I get a message that this is a corporate issue? GET REAL. FIX YOUR BROKEN ICE MACHINE AND FIX YOUR ATTITUDE. My man Charles-he is the best. Take a peek at the response I got from when I reported my dissatisfaction with their store.Don't worry. I'll take my business elsewhere.

Allya, that old foreign chick that works here is a huge b*tch. She's beyond unprofessional and had the audacity to tell me i called her a name under my breath. CHICK, if i wanted to call you names, i would. Im the last person to hold back. HOW HARD WAS IT TO TELL ME WHAT MY TOTAL WAS??? Its your job. Fire this idiot.
