This store is trash. Bought a fridge from here it started making weird noises and when I called they never came until the second call. Then they sent a guy who said it wasn't on energy saver mode and he cut it on and said it's cooling and left. Well to my surprise an hour later it was hot again I had to call back and he came again and said ma'am there is a shortage in your fridge and finally took it to service. They had my fridge damn near 6 weeks without any updates or calls I had to call them. They said they were waiting on a part to come in. Well after 6 weeks I finally got my fridge back and it was still broke but by that time it was out of warranty. They weren't responsible anymore but I believe they never fixed it in the first place. The fridge sounded like a lawnmower when I got it back. Never buy here and never buy Samsung. Save your money buy ge whirlpool maytag.

I walked in and walked out several times. It is too damn hot! How can the owners of Aaron not care about their staff, much less their customers. Those poor guys are suffering in there all day. At least I get to walk out.

I have been a customer of Aaron's for 5 years. My entire house came from them. My account is set on automatic payments and they still call me every month asking me about my payments. I missed one this past week and asked them to set it up to come out next Friday and they dare to say they will have to come pick it up until I can pay. This is how you treat you long time customers. I am done I will pay off the stuff I have and be done with Aaron's. The only person in this store I appreciate is Dan because he always helpful any time I need help.

I went in not knowing what I really wanted but Malcom and Alexis gave me over the top customer service. The didnt pressure me or follow me around like most people do in furniture stores. However, when I finally decided what I wanted it was out of stock. Alexis assured me that she would do what she could to found me what I wanted. She exceeded my expectations and find exactly what I was looking for! I’m so glad I went in the store that day!
