Terrible customer service, they sold me an old, damaged battery with no charge, they made me pay the mechanic twice to put a damaged battery in my car. And yet they didn't want to validate my warranty and change it. The individual who helped me accused me of being a thief, who wanted to rob the store carrying a used battery. Even though they sell me a battery that doesn't work, they make me waste my time and my money, they accuse me of being a thief.After being alienated from me, I reluctantly changed it and according to the man, he signed the battery that I changed so that I wouldn't go back to change it again. I don't know what kind of people they are used to dealing with. But I do like to work and not steal or scam.

I took my battery for a charge. Left it there for 2 days. When I came to pick it up, the guy told me the battery was no good. I had a feeling he never charged it, and I was right. Took the battery straight to Autozone, two different Autozones to be sure, and the battery was charged up and tested great. I don't get it, they're not even busy at this advance auto parts in Humble. Stupid guy was being lazy or forgot and then just straight up lied to me. Batteries cost money. These people suck.

I went to this store to return a couple of items that I had purchased from advance auto parts although I only had a receipt for one of the products. I got there and no one was at the counter to assist me. I waited and saw a few employees walking past in front of me behind the counter and not a single person stopped to assist or at least acknowledge me. I waited a few minutes and i decided to leave the storewhen someone came from behind me asked if anyone was helping me? I said no, so she asked a manager or another employee to help. That person was very rude. I told him I wanted to exchange the lug nuts I purchased for another one and i gave him the receipt. I told him I couldn't find the other receipt for the pads and he asked for my number to look it up. He couldn't find it and he told me he wouldn't return either item since it didn't have a receipt and the other item was opened. I told him when I purchased it, the the package was already opened and they sold to me that way, but they didn't tell me I couldn't return it even though I told the guy that might be the case. Well, he said, in a rude way, I am not returning these not at my store! I told him they should tell their customers if they purchased something that has been opened they cannot be returned. I wouldn't have bought them if I knew that was the case. He told me, I would need to go to the store I bought it at, but they will probably not return it either. I asked so we can't return at another advance from where we purchased it? He told me again, not at my store! I left and I won't return again. I have purchased a lot from advance but not anymore

I went there because I looked online and it said the part I needed was in store. Once I arrived no one acknowledged me until I had to loudly ask for assistance. I told the guy behind the counter what I was looking for, showed him the product number and that it said in store and he told me they don’t sell it there without bothering to actually go look! I will not be doing business with them ever again!

I’m not going to let no man yelled at me the store manager Jesse Sandoval yelled at me just because one of the shops Érica Auto wanted hes parts he had 3workers could take the parts Erics Auto was waiting 30 minutes before I get to Advance I’m not going let no man yelled at me all day I was not feeling well now I’m at the hospital ?
