Visited this store today, and they were only expecting cash. Ridiculous most people aren't walking around with cash now, and you should have just closed the store until you all we're fully functional.

Terrible experience called ahead of time to order a alternator and REAR brake pads and rotors . Arrive to the store and they don’t have the alternator at all and also had a (front ) brake pad set on the counter . Oh also don’t have any of my parts in the store they were all at unreasonable locations if your a mechanic and know what your looking for I advise not going to this store they are under staffed and not knowledgeable on their inventory.

Very poor communication at this store and I keep having my time wasted now twice and trying to re-add my warranty plan for my wiper blades something that should be simple otherwise don't sell the damn plan..It's like no associates know how to process this and that's a huge issue..

I attempted to bring an Amazon package back per Amazon instruction, and was told they don’t offer that service. The customer service person then proceeded to clap in my face as he was telling me I was wrong. It felt like an aggressive act. I left right away.

Horrible experience with "Mike" the so called manager. I've been going to this location for years and they have always priced matched their competitors. This idiot claims they never have price matched.I could literally bring him receipts of were the other manager priced match my oil purchases. Then this clown was really rude and obnoxious with his tone.And the other old guy with glasses just glared at me.I politely told him he could keep the several 5 jug gallons of oil and assorted filters I was purchasing and he muttered something under his breath like a true coward.They have lost a customer for life..Back to O'Reilly, Autozone, I go.Deserves 0 stars.

Buy auto parts from advanced when needed. Courteous staff, knowledgeable & usually in & out very quickly. Always willing to change my wiper blades, gas cap, etc. Explain your options & let you make the choice, but will give you their recommendations or opinions when asked.

Sharp group of folks! I came in to get an air filter for my A/C... They told me how to install it. I had no idea that there's a Cabin Filter in the glove compartment area! Air blows like a new car now.
