I had a great experience at Advanced Tech Automotive. Brandon answered my call and made sure I was comfortable bringing my car in to have my headlight signals checked. When I arrived, James took great care of me — he listened to my concerns, helped with my headlight issue, and also looked into my check engine light. Both Brandon and James were professional, friendly, and made sure everything was handled quickly. I really appreciate their excellent customer service and attention to detail. Highly recommend this shop!

I've been to this location several times for the past two years. I've had my AC and alternator fixed. The staff are knowledgeable, honest, and kind. They give you an estimate upfront along with the expected time of completion. They are consistent with communication and will notify you if repairs take longer than expected. Thank you for the amazing job. I will continue to come here whenever car issues arise!

I had a wonderful experience at Advanced Tech. I called ahead of time and asked how much it would cost the have the thermostat and water pump changed and the price was the same when I took it in. I asked them to check on other issues on the car and let me know what needed to be replaced and what did not need to be replaced. He showed me the damage parts on the car on the things that needed to be replaced. I will definitely take my cars back here.

I never write reviews but I had to take time to brag about my experience at Advanced Tech Automotive in Humble. Don’t let the modest shop’s appearance fool you; they are an outstanding shop! The mechanic James explained everything clearly and showed me all the repairs he did on my AC compressor replacement (as well as teaching me a bit about other parts under the hood and how it all works together). My brake pads were also a little worn but, unlike other shops, he was honest and said the pads were not in need of replacement yet. He even topped off my windshield washer fluid when I mentioned it. James is a damn hard worker and left me feeling confident that I paid a fair price. Shops like this are rare and deserve recognition. I am DEFINITELY going to them for any future auto repairs.

Honestly , when ever I can will I recommend this place. Mr. Zain was very honest with me about my car and what was wrong. His staff and himself are very we experienced and good at what they do. Definitely will be coming back when I have any car issues.

These guys were amazing. My husband was in town for a funeral when our truck started over heating. They got it in the next day and stayed late to make sure it was done and back to him the same day! Their knowledge and kindness was much appreciated!!

I had a positive experience with my 2020 Kia Telluride, receiving fast and honest service. The mechanics provided a thorough explanation of the problems with my vehicle. It's not easy to find mechanics you can trust, but I'm grateful for the professionalism shown and will be bringing my other vehicle in for repairs.
