Had a big TJ max reusable bag and asked the short blond hair cashier if she can place my items in my bag and she responded “that’s not my job”. Needless to say, I never had any issues with cashiers placing items in this oversized bag previously. The interaction was uncomfortable and quite frankly, kinda rude. She doesn’t seem to have any customer service skills. No greetings, no smile, just seems like a miserable human. Maybe, find a job where you are at least decent when interacting with customers…..

I went here I was shop for insta cart . I got my .25 basket my wife and I asked if there was bananas and the stocker and she said “ if you don’t see any then there’s none in stock” so we asked well where would they normally be” she look at my wife and said we don’t have anything if you don’t see them “ then my wife said my apologies it’s for insta cart we have to take a picture” then the stocker threw the boxes in the floor huffed and rolled her eyes and pointed to an empty shelf that had no barcode or anything that indicates that that’s where the banana go. Then during check out a lady with curly hair was being rude to an elderly woman because she didn’t empt her bag before putting it on the table. Then not only that she yelled at her and told her she needed a cart. The elderly lady grabbed the employees cart. Then when we were were checking out they lady yelled at my wife saying you can’t take our basket. My wife said we put out quarter in there. The lady thought we were lying and mumbled black people are always stealing. So we left the store. I would never shop here again other locations are fine but the employees are just so rude and racist

This is the first time I've been in the store I usually go to the other one over by the mall and I must say the stock was very low here which I understand the worst part of the visit was when I went to check out. The checker was a young blonde and she looked absolutely miserable leaning in her chair. She never spoke to me just kept this miserable look on her face. She rang up my items and then told me my total while never looking up at me. I then said to her. "Hello how is your day." Her response again miserable... was "it's ok". I slid my card paid my bill she ripped off the receipt and handed to me not ever once really acknowledging me as a customer. I left feeling icky with this whole interaction needless to say first and last time in this store.

Got the $0.25 cart went through doors shopped for all that was needed passing by several Aldi employees, got to counter only to be told I couldn't check out because their computer system went down the night before and hasn't been restored. Several other shoppers also fabergasted why the heck we weren't told when we walked in the door. Instead let the baskets fill only to have everyone walk away from them and leave. Big waste of customer time. ?
