I went yesterday to buy me a pair of shoes, for my daughter's birthday tomorrow, so yesterday when I got home I tried my shoes with my clothes that I'm wearing tomorrow, but my shoes are a little bigger so I went just right now to see if they can exchange for a smaller size but they said not because I wear those shoes already, but I haven't I just tried, apparently those shoes used some kind of glue and if you use it for a little bit they have a policy you can't exchange it... as a business owner not to good customer service.. never coming back..

I called many times, no answer. I then drove up here and the address on file took me to a very weird/sketchy place. I don’t understand. I’ll now have to drive 45 min away to go to another ALDO. Bad experience.

I went into Aldo in Deerbrook Mall looking for Dress Tennis Shoes for my husband. Britainy went above and beyond to show us what he wanted. It was an excellent shopping experience!

Walked in store at around 7:45 and looked at some shoes. Immediately found what I wanted and walked next door to get my wallet. Came up to door to see them locked at 7:52. I gestured to them and asked if they were closed so I could make the purchase but the african american dude gestured with his hands as they were closed and it wasn’t even 8pm yet. I get it some people wanna close up early and go home but I guess regular employees can supersede corporate rules

Trelando had the best service I ever experienced at ALDO in Deerbrook Mall. He had amazing service and got me the right dress shoes I was looking for. I definitely will be coming back to that store more often. Thanks again Tre!

I loved it my first time going in got there 5 minutes before closing. Cashier and manager were both so friendly, professional, and helpful I can't say enough about them and my won't experience at this store I went to the one in humble in the deerbroke mall. Love my experience. Even the over the phone encounter with the manager was so pleasant he was so helpful again I can not say enough about them. Love love love it ❤

I went here Tuesday around 10 am but the lady who is working show me a paper sign that she will open at 11 am!it is just sad that on q website opens at 10 am,this lady need to follow the rules!
