I was very disappointed honestly when I called this afternoon and scheduled an appointment for 6:20pm. I even looked online and it said there were appointments available at 6:20 and 6:30. I stayed at work and waited for the appointment for over an hour since it was only 10min from my job and I got off at 5pm. I was so excited to get my lashes done for the first time, especially since I’m 34 weeks pregnant with twins and feeling pretty crappy about my looks. I got there early as I was instructed by the receptionist, and I washed my lashes in the bathroom. While I was filling out paperwork, the receptionist informed me that the last tech, Ariana I believe, or Bianca, “no longer had time for my appointment.” I was so disappointed and sat in the parking lot trying not to cry. I don’t think it’s right to play with anyone’s time like that, especially someone in a vulnerable state. They should not schedule appointments on Friday evenings if they have no intention of actually keeping the appointment. Very poor business practice and customer service and will never return.

Ruby did an amazing job! I have never had lash extensions before and she put me at ease!! I love the look and she was so sweet!
Requested style: I had the “gorgeous,” 13 length, and hybrid styled lashes. They are beautiful!!
Stylist: Ruby guided me through, because it was the first time doing anything like this, and she was very helpful and patient!!

Bianca provided great education for aftercare. She is very gentle and detailed during the visit. I was very pleased and signed up for membership with Amazing Lash Studio. Staff provided excellent customer service

Thanks Tatiyiana for working me in when another regular stylist wasn't available. My lashes look just as wonderful.
Follow up appt....ok so Tatiyana is even better than the regular gal I was seeing. She makes the lashes look fresher and not old. How can u do that after 1 week?

Came in for a fill. Brie was my technician.
She did an amazing job.
I was impressed with how attentive to detail she was. I layed there and relaxed as she did her thing. My eyes weren’t irritated or itchy, and the final result had me looking in the mirror at them all day.
In the end, I walked out with a beautiful set and I love them.
