The employees are so rude huff and complain if you need a dressing room.

I came in today with my daughter, i asked the cashier with the blue sweater & glasses and short hair if they had a fitting room she said “no” then proceeded to be on her phone. I later asked her if about the underwear to which she then said “yeah over there”. Then i asked when they’d have new shipment and she said “I don’t know” to which I responded well that’s inconvenient and she said “well what do you want me to do about it.”
If you don’t like your job, working with others, or helping customers then don’t get a job that is revolving around customer service. No one should have to deal with your snobby attitude and bad mood. You can’t be ugly and have a bad attitude pick a battle!
Maybe if she was nicer to guest someone would have had the decency to tell her she had a booger hanging out of her nose.

The other day I went in here and they’re so rude. They kept being rude to their workers too. They’re so stuck up I wouldn’t recommend going into this store unless you want to get disrespected then this is your store if I could put zero stars I would.

I noticed the tall brunette manager & afternoon associates doesn't greet any POC. Completely ignored their existence when they came inside the store. He needs to work on that. ASAP

Just let the poor girl do her job! I didnt check to see if they had a name tag, but the pink strip of hair on that employee who interrupted her stood out.. Management please do a better job of treating your employees well.. makes guests second guess their next visit..

I'm a believer! Aerie was such a difference experience and such a welcoming environment. Jazz made me feel heard and everything went so well. Truly went far and beyond for me. ❤️
