The store is well supplied but the older lady at the one open register took 10 minutes not necessary talking with a customer. I don't waiting but that was way too long when I was the only one up next. Not mention the scented things in the store were upsetting my stomach.

I mostly never go inside, but I tried to order a patio umbrella and it wouldn't complete online, so I went to the store on 1960 to get it. I went to cs about 12:30 Sunday and the young ladie snatched her head around abd just looked at me like i was getting on her nerves. Finally she asked could she help me. I told her the situation and she told me where I could get the umbrellas. If you don't want to be at work just don't go. I took it personal and anytime I'm greeted rudely at a store that I enjoy shopping it makes me not want to go back. As I left, I observed her exchange with causian customers in a totally different attitude. Maybe she is not the best person for customers to interact with at first glance. Or maybe she needs trying in the customer service department. Your guess is as good as mine.

A warm welcome greeting was presented to me and I didn't even see anyone yet who worked here! When I did see someone, it just shined even more. I felt so AT HOME. The staff there/here performed outstanding customer service. Special shout out to Chrissy who is one of the many employees. She is the one who stood out the most, over assisted my mother, my mother's friend, and I with whatever we needed. We loved our whole experience. Please don't hesitate to go here and shop for whatever is needed for your homes.

I had the best customer service I have enjoyed in years! Two different employees stopped what they were doing to help me, Tammie helped me find what I came to the store searching for , then Jasmin checkeck me out , talked to me about being a perks customer and helped me load the large cushions into my cart. Both ladies, knew their business well and treated me like a valuable customer. You just don’t have that kind of service anymore. Glad I am now a perks customer.
