I want the first thought off by saying that this location does not have a bathroom for Customer to use you spend all your money at AT&T and they don’t have a bathroom for customers you will be asked to go next-door to use another company bathroom. Customer service is somewhat OK sometimes you’re getting miss information and sometimes wrong 😑 information in reference to information in order just to get a sale but remember don’t spend money supporting where you can’t use there bathroom

Store really suck at customer service. Was told they can’t do nothing about my canceled order, even tho I order my phone was order from there. They recommended to call ATT customer service,
Waited HR to speak to someone just for them to tell me they can’t find my account and must go to the store I order from

The experience with Eric and Andres was great . Came in with a broken iPhone and was able to upgrade and leave with a new phone . Process went very smooth and quick.

This is the worst location to start a service I went at the end of July to ask about the promotions they had since I wanted a service for 3 phones and internet from home I attended Joshua benninjs I told him how much I paid in metro by tmobile that was a total of 165 with 3 lines and the home internet he told me that he did have a promotion of 3 lines for 135 and that the internet had it at 47 dollars per month that would come out a total of 190 with taxes but that if you write to the self payment I would discount 10 per line and that would be a total of 160 monthly and I said okay for line update they charge you 40 dollars not 30 as they say 160 + 120 = 280 this would be the total of the monthly payment of August and I said okay my surprise was when I got the bill that came out 409 dollars only for 3 lines does not include the internet since I had given 100 start and that covers 2 months when I returned to the store to see what was happening I was surprised by the person who attended me I had added insurance and that I had changed the plans for more expensive ones since they earn for commissions when I tried to talk to the person who had attended me he no longer works in that store I tried to talk to the manager Israel Gómez but I did not find him when I returned I talked to him on Wednesday, August 27 he told me that he would talk to his superior to fix my bill from that day until today September 5 I managed to talk to him again since the man had told me that he would contact me on Monday, September 1 he did not I called and they told me that he was not there oh that a family emergency had reigned it is totally understandable Today that I went to see what solution he had given me the only thing I received from the manager was that I had to pay the billing of 369 he never gave me a solution to my problem
