Waited over 35 minutes for a sales associate that could sell me an I phone. Then a person from the front put me in a virtual line. Waited another 10 minutes. Then I left. Saw 2 other people leave. Too few sales people=lost revenue and frustrated customers!

Shay in the store was very experienced and super sweet and conversational. I like working with people I can relate to and will be definitely coming back if I ever have any problems directly to her. Someone give her a raise!!

I really enjoyed my experience at this location I lost my phone and Eric helped me to get a new one. Eric was so attentive, informative and fast. His kindness made me feel safe as well.

Almost no wait time, very knowledgeable and helpful. Angel was also very pleasant. He gave me a time line, and presented me with options, which I really appreciated. The stores convenient location to my neighborhood was also a plus. (Beltway at Wilson Rd).

Called before I came , asked the lady if they have Headsets/Headphones She said they have plenty , she seemed bigger with the other questions I had because I wanted to make sure I can get what I need and not make a blank trip ! I came in they said someone will be with me in a moment, I stood & waited about 45 minutes, mind you I’m 8 months pregnant VERY NOTICIABLE, not one representative that wasnt with a client asked me what I was in for or even offer me a chair to sit in that time of waiting. When I finally sat down with someone, they said they DIDNT HAVE ANY!!! What a waste of time! I guess she wanted me to quickly get off the phone because she was busy with a client . I’m not coming back to this small location
