One of their employees got me into a prepaid plan by mistake (his mistake) and I lost $50. I had to drive back there to get the plan cancelled otherwise I would have been charged monthly. I wasn't giving a SIM or anything. I wasn't refunded the money.

If I could give this store a negative 10 cause they can’t help for nothing and I will never shop at this store again I ordered from here and I’ve always ordered at a store or I’ve done pick at stores this store has been by far the worst ever they can’t track packages they can’t see if it’s been delivered give you wrong dates even after AT&T said the package always showing at the store never again will I go to this store again

I went into the store for a simple fix and one of the retail associates was very rude he would not give me him name when I asked he stated At&t the company needs to do something about the rude customer service.

Shazell and Giffert were the absolutely worst and unknowledgeable individuals. They simply could not perform the simple task of activating my eSIM and told me to go to an Apple Store. Hmm... why would I leave ATT to go to another company (that isn't even a mobile) company to activate my ATT service? Make that make sense.

Customer service is the worst, I came in the store to get help with activating my phone the representative asked for my ID which was valid but because she could not scan it acted as if she could not help me, I waited for over an hour as she acted like she was trying to help but in actuality she didn't know what she was doing. I went to another location and was helped rite away. The representative who helped me said as I already knew that there are multiple ways to verify an account and it seemed like she just didn't want to help. Do not ever go in and get help from the young black lady with the dreads she was absolutely the worst!

The service I received from Solie was HORRIBLE -Start to finish!! Initially she was more interested in cleaning & arranging cutouts in her cell phone case despite me sitting in front of her waiting. My cell issue was all calls were going to VM. Details of my horrible experience are too much to type but I left the store with no solution. The next day I spoke to Eric/AT&T Mgr of this location, he was professional, apologetic and assured me he would address this issue. Solie should be terminated!!

Customer service was extremely bad. Nobody greeted me when I walked in and they weren't with anyone. My issue was not resolved from the store visit. They acted like they couldn't do anything at all, not even provide a new SIM, and kept referring me to Best Buy!
