Horrible service. I went to get my weed eater accessed for its problems. Cost me 40 dollars to get them to look at it, and they took my money with no hesitation. They then told me two weeks, with-in the first week, i came back just to check, because i thought it was weird that i didn’t have a call back i letting me know about the progress of my weed eater. I then came back the second week, because they did tell me two weeks after all, saying it’s been sent off. I was like yeah you’re right, you did say two weeks. I come back the second week, still no call, but they make up an excuse saying the guy that’s fixing it, house got flooded, so I’d have to wait. I gave mercy and felt sympathetic for the poor guy, which at first they said they sent it off, and now it’s just guy in the back that fixes things, so they’ve been caught in a lie now. I come back the third week, and I’m asking questions , also asking why havnt i been called, they finally say my phone number was written down wrong. Im push to several employees, and the manager isn’t handling the situation instead he’s flirting with a woman down an aisle that has her cheeks up her butt. I was in the store for three hours pushed from associate to manager to associate to manger. I finally say forget it bring me my weed eater, and give me a refund, they tried to say no refund. They gave me my weed eater, and it was in pieces. I had to ask them to put it back together. The manager seems frustrated i interrupted him talking to this random lady. They put my weed eater back together, and i asked them for my money back, when he seen how frustrated i was, he then said I’ll give you a refund. Don’t understand why they were even ordering parts, we agreed i just wanted to know what’s wrong with it for the original 40 dollars. Definitely will not be back, and they really give a vibe that this place doesn’t like black people. I was just trying to fix my dads weed eater for Father’s Day, and ended up being push to the side. Never thought I'd have so much fun at a hardware store. It was super clean, and everything was easy to find. They also have a great little gift shop inside. Super cute things for the girls to look at if they go in the store with their husband's! There's also a USPS inside!

I prefer going to Ace over Lowe's and Home Depot bc there's always someone to help and you never have to go searching for an employee. I came in to buy a part for my toilet. I had a leak in the tank and all I had was a picture of the part I needed to replace. When I walked in, I asked an employee for someone to help me out in the plumbing section. Rob came right away. Not only did he show me which part I needed, he gave me the most helpful step-by-step demonstration of how to change it out. He was super helpful and knowledgeable! I would not have been able to change it out as easily had it not been for his help.Also, the lady working in the cute boutique area was super sweet and helpful as well!
