I took my vehicle here due to someone rear ending my vehicle. I had confirmation of dropping off my truck on a Friday, so I scheduled time off to drop off and pick up a rental. I walked in and this asian lady at the front desk (not discriminating as I just did not know her name) who was arguing with me telling me I had to drop off Monday cause they had a miscommunication. I do not live right down the street from this place as I had to make arrangements and take off work to drop off my truck here and live 30 mins away. She did not want to own up to the mistake and kept repeating the same thing. So I took my business somewhere else. This shows that this place does not care about you as a person as she did not even try to do anything about it or check into what happened. I barely walked in and had an experience like this. Makes me wonder how the rest of the staff will treat customers. I would not recommend this place for service and I will let anyone else know this is not the place if you are looking for a place that actually treats you like a customer and would suggest to find another place that actually cares about it's customers!

I can not speak highly enough of this place. I've had them repair my vehicle twice now. The staff is kind and knowledgeable and they are eager to help. I brought my vehicle in this morning after noticing the undercarriage hanging. They got me in and out in less than an hour and a half. It's nice to have honest car centers around and feel truly considered and taken care of.

This is a top-notch auto care center... In my opinion the best in the region.. They have taken care of 2 of my vehicles that I unfortunately needed to have repaired. They brought my vehicles back to original life and brand new state.. This is my first time using this company to repair my truck after my accident, and I was not disappointed. The staff was friendly and professional. A worker helped me get my things out of my trunk, which was appreciated. My truck is not finished being repaired, but I don't think I'll be disappointed.

I'm so glad I brought my car to Atascocita Car Care and Collision. Not only did they do a great job on my car, but they were very polite and friendly in the process. My car looks nearly new despite having had a crushed front right end. I recommend them to anyone looking for a great collision shop to bring their car to.

The body work on 2014 dodge Durango was great and when I received my truck it was clean. I was updated by the front desk weekly which was great. There are two issues I had with my experience that would probably make me thing twice. My advisor Peter when I first dropped off the car professional up until it was time for him to return a call. If I was right or wrong, I had an issue. He never returns my call few days ago. I called him Thursday asking about an update, I called twice before he called back near 5pm and I miss his call explaining about the vehicle. I called him back to speak with him about the issue. He didn't come to the advised whoever answered the phone that I could pick my truck up 30 minutes before they close. Luckly, I made it with 3 minutes spare. I still didn't talk to him when I arrived. I was just ready to get Durango and go. When I picked up my truck, I had to sign 2 documents, I began to look over what I am signing, and receptionists pushes paper down. She says we need to start here first. As a customer I can read a document even If someone is going to explain it to me. The little can hurt a business. Communication is everything, when someone says to a customer, "I'm going to call you back" keep your word because even I have issue, communication solves a lot of problems. I can take away from the body work they did a great job.Service: Body & Trim

Atascocita Car Care did a wonderful paint job and replaced both tires after my son's truck was hit. They said the return time would be two weeks and finished all of the repairs in just a week. I wouldn't recommend taking a kid's power wheel here. Put the wrong bumper on my car so everything else around it and underneath it didn't fit and they tweaked it and bent it to fit or to make it fit. Worst experience ever, mind you it was my first car wreck took it back because I had issues and concerns about parts not fitting and looking and seem to be squished in places it shouldn't have been squished and they refused to fix it so I had to take my car elsewhere and they did over $1,600 worth of repairs and this was after coming from this shop .Don't take your car here customer service was rude and treated me as if my kind wasn't liked. Dave and glued stuff down on on my car that didn't even need to be glued that shouldn't have to be glued it just snapped in place.

Terrible attitude and customer service. Entered past open gate without a sign where my truck was parked to inspect repairs and was scolded like a child and threatened with being assaulted for entering without an employee escort. First by receptionist and then by Peter Broussard. I pointed out to both of them that there is no visible sign and Peter argued "there are plenty of signs". He should have verified the facts, apologized for the incident and moved on but instead he chose to argue with a customer. You've been warned!

Insurance company referred me for a quote. Associate refused to give a quote. If they are not getting business then no quote. I wanted a few quotes to compare numbers and evaluate service. At least they direct and up front but definitely will not consider for business.

To start, the car is obviously way better than it was before. I was hit by a deer in the wee hours of the morning on my way to work and promptly contacted my insurance. We've used them for our truck that was vandalized before and they went above and beyond; however, this time there are things left to be desired.The paint looks great, everything works as it should, and I got the car back in a reasonable amount of time with a few understandable delays. The car was inspected on Nov. 16th, dropped off on Nov. 21st, and retrieved on Dec. 14th. To my knowledge, both door shells were replaced and possibly the rear quarter panel along with the passenger mirror, glass, and trim pieces. Everything looks good from a distance, but there's a noticable gap on the front passenger door where its slightly ajar by about a centimeter. There is also scoring that wasn't there before in the door well and the paint on one of the columns appears as if sandpaper has been ran over it. I can some what fix these minor issues myself, but that shouldn't have to be my job seeing as it looks like they paid no attention to the door well at all.Furthermore, even though I was properly warned about leaving personal possessions in the car, the only thing that goes missing is our $50 gate key and nothing else. The one thing I would that wouldn't come up missing and it's the only thing.Honestly, I never expected a perfect job and I was patient about it, but my experience this time was a little rough around the edges.
