This store location has is very efficient with professional, polite and attentive service. Sales representative, Richard, listen to ascertain what I needed and made excellent recommendations in which I am well pleased!
The manager engages in a complimentary way to assist both the customer and the sales agent.

Been a customer for years. I only go to the location across from Deerbrook Mall and I always look for a certain rep while there. Not knocking the other reps that are but Ricardo C, the only rep I will request and will wait patience to work with. His customer service skills is exceptional. Very patient and breaks everything down to me understanding. Always bringing my business and enjoy working with him!!

Def recommend Ricardo! My mom and I popped in planning to upgrade our phones. It’s a business account and it’s always a big ordeal. She wanted to show him a few emails she received talking about promotions, not realizing that some of them were from Apple, not AT&T. Ricardo was very open and honest with us about the promotions, showing us the one from Apple was the better deal. Even though he knew he wasn’t getting our business today, he still helped us look at the physical phones and talked about the differences with us. Very patient with great customer service! 10/10 would recommend Ricardo!

Excellent service!!! Short wait time to be served, they helped us with everything we needed, they had cell phones and colors available and the treatment was very professional and the atmosphere was pleasant!!

I waited over twenty minutes and nobody would even acknowledge that I was in the building. They charged me for certain products that they have not provided.

I went to the Att store to get screen protectors and cases for two new phones, the service was excellent. We were greeted when we walked in and it only took about 5 minutes to get what we needed. Associate was very knowledgeable and very helpful. I thanked him for a great experience.
