Customer service was horrible. I'm not sure who I talked to, but they talked to me like I was an idiot for trying to upgrade my phone. Just cause he doesn't like Samsung, doesn't mean everyone dislikes that particular phone company. Ended up not getting what I wanted because they were "sold out," which I'm not sure that was the case. The guy just really didn't want to work with me, so he probably said they didn't have it, so I would leave. Overall, it was a horrible service, and I will take my business to another location.

Shout out to the costumer service reps Sam and Calvin!! I visited this location for the first time March 29th I was greeted immediately by Calvin. I was having issues with my phone Calvin was able to help file a claim and get a new phone via ins. I returned a few days later to get help switching from old phone to new one. I was greeted by Sam, she got the phones set up and got the info transferred to new phone. Thanks Calvin and Sam!!

OMG. I waited in line for a lil bit to get a new phone and switch from Verizon. All of the sudden, I'm overcome with the need for a bathroom. "I'm sorry, we don't have public restrooms, but you can go next door for a bathroom. Unbelievable. I'm about to spend $1200 something dollars on a phone and these guys cannot be bothered with opening the door to their bathroom. As I sit in the Uberito bathroom right now, I'm struggling with whether or not I'm going to walk back over there or just stick with Verizon. I'm not used to this sort of disrespect.

After walking out of a TMobile store the same day due to poor customer service, AT&T gained a new customer yesterday due to Calvin’s helpful attitude. He asked questions to make sure I got the best rate and tried to resolve a tricky request, all while being very patient and kind. This guy should be training others on how to work with customers!

Absolutely deplorable customer service this afternoon at the Atascocita AT&T store we were ignored and left to wait unnecessarily by the original salesman who completely ignored our presence while he proceeded to provide care for two additional customers, while ignoring us.

I had the best experience with Calvin Batties. I’ve been a customer with Xfinity for 13 years and never thought I would switch. Calvin assisted me in selecting the best plan that met all of my needs. He was very informative and patient and I never felt pressured. The level of customer service received from him was top notch. Thank you so much for making my switch a great experience!

The workers here are so lazy. Went to get an account transferred and closed and guy said " we can't do that in store you have to do it online by yourself" we left and tried to look up how to do it in the parking lot but couldn't figure it out so we got out again and asked him if he could help us and all he said was "just look it up online" like isn't it His job to help us? Mind you there was one other customer in store and he was just standing there laying on the counter. I don't know why he said he couldn't do it in store if I've done it there before got 6 lines transferred to my line so my guess is he was just lazy. Needless to say we went to a different AT&T and it took literally less than 10 minutes for them to transfer the line. Will NOT be coming back to this store. Y'all better train your employees better and tell them to actually work and help the customers

Went in to store to exchange phone . The employees could not do anything since the manager left at 3pm . Who runs a store without a manager . I will never return to this store that is ran by IDIOTS!!! I will stick with the real professionals and go to the corporate AT&T stores instead of the store fronts ran by kids

Service was satisfactory, although after purchasing a $2000 phone and receiving my bill in the mail realized that I have to pay additional fees to activate a new phone provided by them. I have not bought a phone from the store in over 5 years and have never had to activate a phone that I have purchased from other sources, insert SIM card and previous phones all work flawlessly. The fee was never mentioned to me in the store at time of purchase, BE WARE
