Sadly I don't even wish to leave 1 Star.
This a publicly traded Multimillion dollar parts empire and the staff is not at all proficiently trained nor operating reliable test equipment regarding a simple Alternator test. I can't purchase a replacement without confirmation and evidence for the client that their unit is bad!
What if there is a short elsewhere in the vehicle, what if it's a broken or burned wire within the Starter. Then I would need to purchase a STARTER. The Alternator is the very next step behind the battery and guess what AUTOZONE JUST LOST BOTH OF THE SALES BECAUSE THAT'S WHOM THE CLIENT REQUESTED I go to for testing and replacement parts. Get your diagnostic equipment serviced, organized because I could see it was a complete mess and the staff finally to gave up and shared they didn't feel comfortable because the "plug" may be damaged. So your equipment is obviously not up to par. I lost about 45 Minutes of the clients time and they are stranded. Get it together on your NIGHTSHIFTS BECAUSE CARS ARE OUT HERE FAILING 24 HOURS A DAY. NOT JUST ON DAY SHIFTS. I'm at O'Reilly's now off 1960 the staff is more knowledgeable and experienced and their equipment WORKS.

Mauricio gave the best customer service. All I needed was a lug nut and yet he was still so very helpful and even put it on for me. I highly recommend going to Auto Zone.

Mauricicio A. Is an excellent customer service and sales person. His knowledge is incredible. He advised me of several issues with my vehicle and went beyond the call of duty to get some answers. He also promoted several products from the store that would be a great help for a do it yourself mechanic. You did good when you got him. I will be back.

My check engine light has been on so I stopped on to get it tested. Mauricio helped me and showed me it was the Mass Air Flow Sensor. He showed me what to get to clean it and showed me the part to replace it if needed. Then he even said he would clean it for me! He was so nice! He even had to get a couple different tools to do the job! He went over and above for me and I really appreciated it! I will definitely come back and request him to help me next time I need anything automotive related!! ?
