I have had a couple experiences at this autozone that have been unpleasant, but I wanted to brag about Daniel today. He’s the manager who helped me today when I went in to get a few things and he was overall really helpful and friendly. Tell him I said thanks!

Great service!!!! Nina was super helpful and patient which the other location that we came from wasn't. She asked us questions and suggested the best battery for us. Will definitely come back to this one as our regular location.

Meh... Came here because the AutoZone down the street was out of stock on a battery for my truck. The guy running the register seemed clueless. Instead of looking up the truck to find the battery like everyone else, he starts asking me all these questions about the battery. I told him idk can he just look it up. After finally getting the battery I ask him can he install it for me, he says yes but then proceeds to start looking for the tools to do so. He looks around for about 5 minutes then the Garda cash guys come in so he obviously needs to help them first. I get it, but there's 2 other store associates standing around not taking his place. The store only had 1 other customer and he was checked out quickly. After about 15 minutes of me standing there in an empty store the manager finally comes over and rings up the battery. I pay for it, then stand there waiting for another 10 minutes for the guy to come back and finally go outside to replace the battery. We get outside, he starts taking the bolts off, halfway through he stops and says he can't change it because he doesn't have a 10mm extension, that it was stolen and in order for him to change it I would need to purchase a 10mm extension socket. Quite ridiculous. At this point I was beyond annoyed so I just took the battery and left. I got the battery I needed but the only other thing they managed to accomplish was wasting over 30 minutes of my time.
