I mostly rent one-way rentals. However, never have I ever had a car that looks like it's had a million owners just because I'm going one way. No one should have to rent something that looks like that at all. Do yourself a favor and go to Enterprise.

If i could leave 0 stars i would. It’s a shame i have to leave 1. This is the worst rental car place and worst experience. I returned the car early and they wouldn’t give me my money owed for the days not used. They claim this is policy but i called customer service prior to returning my last rental and asked if this was possible and they said yes. When i returned it i got my money back. Now they are refusing to give my money for this rental at this establishment. Also i refilled the car to full right before returning it and the guy charged me a fee because to him it didn’t look full enough then he was being obnoxious and closed the account out while i still had a week left on the vehicle. This is the Avis in Houston off the beltway 8 right next to the EZ tag store. Please go somewhere else and save yourself the trouble.

I went there and a white man told me I can't rent a car for 1 day,it sounded funny and I've been there a couple time ain't nothing friendly bout them ,I get better service at the airport

Id give zero stars if I could. I don't smoke my husband returned car for me he didn't smoke in car either but lit up a cigarette in the parking lot after returning car so they charged Me for smoking. I've rented from avis in multiple states dozens of cars and never been charged Anything extra. I can't believe they can just make it up and you have to pay. Never again! Do not rent here unless you want to pay extra for things you don't do! Over 3 dozen rentals in last 3 yrs alone oh well hertz is right down the road. They will get my business in the futureThat's a week rental once month on avg see ya avis keep my rewards points. Won't need those
