Asked for a debit card daily limit increase to go shopping. Increase denied inspite of funds available. Not allowing me to spend my money is unacceptable. Am transferring all my money to Capital One Bank. They don’t hold my my money.

Had an appointment at this branch the day I was leaving to Florida. I came 20 minutes late due to accidentally leaving a debt card in an ATM, and then got held up in traffic. The lady that was supposed to take my appointment turned me down (which ultimately cost me $1,000.00+) because she didn't want to start my paperwork even though she had 40 minutes left of my appointment time. I explained to her that I was leaving town and she responded that I had to reschedule, showing how unimportant my business was to her. Definitely not what the tv commercials claim about being dedicated to helping others.

They really have been so helpful.Specially Eteban Huertas a long with all staff. I never have the time to do a review but today I made the time because they deserve it.

Since they have combined with truist they have gone down hill. Long wait times to call and worse hours. Time for a new bank

I would have given zero stars if I could still have my say. We went in a couple weeks ago and opened a checking and savings. A fraudulent check was deposited for $499. Not by us but we mize well have. They locked our account after we stopped payment on part of deposit. We thought we might lose all our money.The tellers were the only ones that was nice to us. I WOULD ADVISE YOU TO BANK ANY PLACE IN HUMBLE EXCEPT THERE. It is not a customer oriented bank.

The motor bank hours states 9 am to 1pm. Someone must have not shown up to work today the tubes were out their lights on and myself, and the other cars on the lane sent their transaction, up to find out that we will have to spend the weekend, without my bank card, DL, or my deposit. It was frustrating to known can't count on my bank to have their motor bank open during this pandemic where we count on this! More upset when I saw the surrounding banks all operating on a Saturday as normal. I've been with this bank for 10 years when it was Citibank. This experience was confirmation that I need to move to another bank that has other means and is up to date with the banking business.

The most underhanded bank ever. Fees to call and talk to them, fees to confirm accounts, fees at every interaction. They suck! Stay away!
