Update November 20th they closed my account down for no reason I’ve heard they been on the news because they are known for stealing money so now I’m taking more steps I’ve contacted 3 news station and the cops will be involved nowUpdate number 3 . Still can’t get help from this bank or customer service is no help. I’ve opened this bank for exactly one month now I had three different payments that are still apparently pending. I have not had access to my money for a month now it’s at the point where. I will be getting the cops involved bc at this point they are stealing my money I work for I got bills to pay on top of them losing people safe. On top of that I know someone else that had to close their bank down because they did not give him his $1100 this bank is a thiefUpdate we are currently on day nine of not getting our paycheck and they’re also holding to other things of been banking with other banks for over 10 years and never had a bank like this. Also since they talk so loud, there was another guy in there and they lost his safe, how do you lose somebody safe horrible horrible bank.Horrible bank they hold your work check for a long time we are on day 5 ppl got bills to pay . They are also no help at all. In give a random number to call .

Very slow service since the manager Liz left. No excuse for it really. Interest rates for savings are well below what you can get elsewhere. Been waiting for over 30 mins to speak to someone for a wire txfr.

Since Liz was fired this location is a joke. I went to get change from my account for our business. The teenage trainee asked me for a second form of ID. I gave it to her, no problem. Then she refused to give me the $100 worth of $1s. She said my signature didn’t match what they had on file. We have been banking there with our business for 20 years. The new manager stood there watching knowing I was upset. She did nothing and said nothing. Finally a branch officer told them who I was. This week they had no $1s at all. The girl laughed when she told me that it wasn’t her fault that she was from another branch. Totally unprofessional, untrained employees. We are moving all of our accounts to Chase next week.

If you’ve got tattoos stay out of the lobby. Banker ladies like to make rude comments. It’s 2023 ladies, if you haven’t seen a heavily tattooed person, get out more. Or keep your mouth shut. Will be closing all account and moving on down the road

I have been banking with the same bank since 1987. At that point it was called Greenway Bank and trust, through the years it has been bought and sold multiple times the most recent before PNC was compass BBVA. The transition was very smooth to PNC and the staff goes way beyond what I expect them to do. I’m so happy and so pleased with the additional hours and additional days for both in lobby and drive-through banking. Online banking has gotten easier and with more functions and giving you more capability to do whatever banking that you need. I am so happy with PNC Bank that I am even questioning myself as I’m not a bank person. I have three accounts at this bank and I am happy with the attention that I get the personalized service that I get the courteousness the professionalism and at the same time they treat you like family. On hold for over 15 minutes for the 4th time this morning. No one answers the phone at this branch. My call is regarding an issue that was suppose to have been resolved a month ago after visiting the branch and speaking to a representative after standing in line for almost an hour.. The issue is not resolved and there are no notes regarding it. Worst location!

Former BBVA customer. User info didn't crossover in the transfer, got bounced around three times by three different CSR's until the call was finally dropped. Nothing they did or suggested worked. Can't pay my bills... That's my first impression. Don't be surprised if I move on.
