So sad and disappointed when I went online to book my hair salon appointment with Patty V. and realized she wasn’t an option. I went ahead and called because surely this was an error, but no she is no longer available.Please tell me she’s at a different location!! Patty has been the absolute best as you can see in the photo

You have to be very specific on what you want otherwise they will over-bill you and you get bad result.Tried one of their Elite and master stylists,First Elite~ Angel ~ just simple hair color, I have some grays and wanted to cover it but at the same time I didn’t want my gray after color to look lighter than the rest of my hair and clearly said that, End result~ orange roots, he said it is only because of the light, what i think happened when he started with my gray hair all the way to the end, color stayed on my root longer. Also, he calls all his female clients Mama which I find funny but strange but ok.. Im not your MamaSecond Master Stylist, Laure. C~ wanted to have blonde balayage and keep my original hair (color 4) and just wanted balayage to blend softly with my roots and kindda go stronger towards the end, he promised it can be done at one visit and I dont need two visits to left, I got orange, green , caramel full highlight not the color I wanted or the technique. Paid 335, he said he charger for accent highlight(money piece), partial highlight, root touch up and over all color(both color4) ? Why I wasn’t charge full highlight and full hair color? Less cost and would last long.He just did a color on my root and toner on the ends, toner that goes after 2 weeks already comes free with full highlight… over billedI just called them to book to redo but I dont think I will come back, I request a refund.Attached photos from the second appointment. Online and email states curbside offered at this store but they don’t! I waited 10 minutes after check-in and did not receive my order. I called the store and the tall gentleman in the front stated they don’t offer curbside. I’m 7 months pregnant and had my puppy riding along, why get rid of a nice feature. All other stores I’ve been to offer curbside but not this location.

The staff at this location was very helpful and informative. As someone who does not have a clue about what women's make up and self care needs are, they were extremely helpful and concerned with me making the correct purchases.

Everything was good but Makayla the cashier was rude. Maybe it wasn’t her day or she wasn’t having it but that doesn’t mean to ruin everyone else’s! She talked to us like she had to talk and with an attitude.

I guess this location loves bad reviews. I was in the store 10 min tops. I grabbed what I needed and I patiently waited to be checked out. The two women at the front desk were very rude, and the cashier “helping me” was very hostile. I looked up and I could clearly see the other cashier with her back turned laughing at me. Seriously, this is exactly why I don’t shop this location. Every time I step in this store I am reminded exactly why I avoid it.

My daughter and I wasn't greeted. That was my first time in an Ulta. I signed up a couple years ago because I saw you can purchase at Target. But no one helped me till I sought out help and I was walking around looking and no help came. After I purchased they were friendly. But if I have to base it off being in there that's a definite negative. And yes I purchased.

I've visited many ULTA Beauty stores all over the country this store by far is the worst. I'm not sure how they remain open. This is the closest store to my home and I usually don't visit but instead purchase my items online and do a pick up or have the item ship to my home if I'm not in a hurry. It's my experience that when a customer enters a store they are to be greeted and when they come up to the counter at least acknowledged. I couldn't even get that from the 4 people standing behind the counter. I won't be back to support this location.

The cashiers are SO rude every time I come haha. Just genuinely acting like they don’t want to be there and make me feel so out of place. I’ve asked for help finding a specific product before and had someone look annoyed and just point instead of walking me to where it was, so I had to ask a second person. I also once asked someone which mascara is better between two that I was debating between and she said “it’s up to you I don’t know” and then walked away. Genuinely, save the gas and order online or take a trip to a different location.

I avoid this location, went in the store with my boyfriend was color matching myself when an employee with purple hair tall white female came asking if I needed help I said no thank you but she proceeded to try to flirt with my boyfriend by complementing him in front of me it made and my boyfriend feel uncomfortable so we left . Very inappropriate behavior for someone who’s at a work environment. Also not to mention but the security guard be doing to much why can’t shoppers shop in peace he kept coming back and foward multiple times another reason why we left

I went in today to get my makeup done but I didn’t get the stylist that I chose to do my makeup ?but RED helped me and she was wonderful. She did a marvelous job on my makeup. I would definitely recommend her. She was super kind and attentive to the look I wanted to achieve ?
