Honestly if you’re looking to go downtown or spend time in the Triquetra that is Kingwood/Humble/Atascacita…look no further. This hotel is great proximity to IAH as well as the Triquetra and downtown. Prices are great and amenities are wonderful.

Stayed here three days as returning guests. Staff is friendly and even pause for a quick chat about your day. Lobby and breakfast area are modern and decorated nice. There is an elevator and a winding staircase. Rooms are clean, spacious, modern, and beautiful! The beds are plush and oh sooo comfy! No sags at all!! The black out curtains were great. There were plenty of places to charge your devices of all sorts in the room- on lamps, wall, tables. The desk chair was nice, rip and stain free. But the wheels would not roll and was really annoying. Hit our toes several times trying to drag it out to sit. Lots of counter space in bathroom. Bath towels are thick and absorbent but kinda rough. Tub was shiny white with a textured bottom and grab bars. Large shower head with plenty of hot water. Shower curtain was clean but ripped at the top in several places making it hang weird. Needed replacing. Breakfast had lots of yummy options. I liked the blueberry waffle mix with blueberry pie filling on top. Only thing missing was whipped cream in a can! There was also a yogurt machine where you could put the blueberry topping, apple, or another one in it.
The eggs weren't my favorite but sufficient. The were egg patties not loose scrambled. The biscuits tasted frozen for they were crumbly and a bit dry. But overall breakfast was good and took care of our needs. There is a front loading washer and dryer here. It is $2.00 to wash and $2.00 to dry. Dryers run 40 min. We may have chosen the wrong setting or put too many heavy clothes since we had to run the dryer twice for clothes to get dry. The pool was clean and has a gazebo on each side with a grill. We wanted to use it but with it being a gorgeous day after much rain several days before, so did every other guest. Would recommend and stay again.

Clean rooms, friendly staff (especially Josh at the front desk upon check in - customer service rock star), and a good breakfast selection. You can tell the ownership takes great pride and care in their hotel. It shows everywhere.
One night in room 108 - a king jacuzzi suite. Everything in the room was super clean - including the mattress which was in a mattress encasement. Bathroom was spotless including the shower head that had no mineral build-up on it at all.
WiFi worked really well. Good, strong signal throughout. Was more than enough bandwidth to hook my Roku up and do some YouTube streaming.
USB A and USB C charging ports in the room, and power outlets everywhere.
In room coffee, microwave, and refrigerator.
Linens and towels clean and in good shape.
As someone who spends a ton of time in hotels, honestly - I have nothing negative to say about this property. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. Absolutely would stay here again if in the area.

Rarely do you find a hotel with very friendly staff, but they work really hard on service. Excellent breakfast that was theme changed daily; rooms were clean and everything worked! I would definitely recommend this hotel over another in the area. Good job staff!

I had a great stay at the Best Western in Atascocita, TX! The staff was absolutely awesome — special shoutout to Josh for being so helpful and kind. I accidentally left my purse behind after checking out, and they promptly called me to let me know. Thanks to their honesty and quick communication, I was able to have a friend pick it up with no issues. Excellent customer service all around. Highly recommend this location!

Walked in to ask for a room, was quoted $99 for a night. I showed the lady at the front desk that they are advertising online for $76.49 showed her proof but she didn’t seem to care. I rather go to a Hilton for $99 and I am sure their elevator works? if offering a room for $99 with a broken elevator that’s a no brainer

Hard to get to with all the construction. Elevator didn't work and there were several room mix ups.

Checked in at night, the front desk lady was nice and courteous, nice and quiet area, clean rooms no issues.

Arrived to the location from the airport, I was not able to check in due to the maintenance team removing every AC unit for cleaning. One of the large towels had a stain on it, picked up another large towel to dry my face and it had blond long hair, noticed when I felt it on my face.

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The service was extremely poor—staff were unhelpful and rude. Additionally, the prices were outrageously high, far exceeding the value of the amenities provided. I felt completely taken advantage of. I do not recommend staying here.

Used this hotel while my power was out. The staff is friendly, caring, and polite. Although they had a limited menu for breakfast, it was more than adequate under the circumstances. They had been without power earlier. Hurricane Beryl had knocked trees down and power outages all over the area. The hotel was clean and the beds are comfortable, which made for a pleasant stay. Will use them in the future.

They didn’t have generator during Hurricane Beryl. The hotel lights were off for 6days. The staff got a small generator to accommodate the front staff only. We didn’t receive any breakfast. My grandson medications require refrigeration so they wasn’t Ang good and he became very sick. I told the staff they lacked compassion because nothing was given to the guests. I’m a senior citizen and I slept in my car until someone offered me a place to stay. Several guests left

We stayed here while attending a nearby famiy event. The reviews seemed overall good so we booked based on what we read. Unfortunately, our stay did not turn out as hoped. We were given a different than reserved room because ours wasn'available at check in time. The room that we were given was a downgrade (we weren't offered any sort of price adjustment) and smelled bad. The bathroom drain wasn't graded properly and every time one of us showered the entire bathroom floor ended up wet. The room smelled, probably because of the water issue, and both times we complained to housekeeping all they did was came in and overly sprayed air freshener that made the place smell even worse.
The included breakfast was so-so. The coffee is powdered, it comes from a machine. I usually take mine black but you had to put in cream and sugar into this concoction to make it palatable. The eggs were prefab and tasteless and the gray sausage looked kind of scary. Breakfast salvation ended up being a bowl of oatmeal and a carton of yogurt.
In trying to be fair I'm giving my stay at this hotel two stars because of their great (for me) location and the fact that the facility seemed overall clean and secure. With recently relocated family nearby we'll be stayng in the area again but we've decided that next time we're going to try a different hotel.

Here right now and the main complaint I have are all of the children screaming at the top of their lungs at 12:09 am on the first floor. It’s a large group with tons of kids. On top of that, they keep running outside to the pool area this late and screaming in the halls and slamming doors. Please address these issues!!
