I made a purchase at this location yesterday, I was told I could bring my hat to get it reshape so I came in today, a gentleman asked me what I needed help with so I told him I needed my hat reshaped and he called someone to assist. This girl comes to the hat area, she had no idea was she was doing, I asked specifically for a certain shape and she just looked perplexed. She asked what hat I liked from what they had on the wall, asking how did the George S. shape looked!!! She clearly didn’t know what she was doing. Simple things make a bad experience, the employees need to be trained to better assist customers.

Lots to choose from, rather pricey even for a shirt it runs over 40.00. Be ready to spend money. Very friendly people, very helpful. Boots and hats galore!

Came in with my husband for new work boots. We were met by Anthony who was friendly & held a vast amount of knowledge about a variety of boots. He successfully helped my husband find the right pair of boots! Definitely ask for Anthony at the humble boot barn.

I had this gentleman named Anthony pick out some last minute boots for the rodeo. He was very helpful and knowledgeable 10/10 service. definitely recommend him, he was the. only one to approach me.

First time for me coming to this store ever to buy boots for myself. I can say that after searching for boots for about 40 mins, I was so frustrated because I needed help and no one ever came to the area to ask if I needed help. Fortunately, there was another customer there who actually showed me what I was needing to know about the boots. I did find a pair of boots that I liked and when I finally made my way up to the counter, the service there was so very slow and the 2nd cashier was just walking back and forth, and eventually asked for the next customer which was me. I can say this will be my last time going in to this store. Very upsetting and frustrating with how this store was running.

Very bad customer service purchased a hat realized it was stained when I got home and also had scratches on top so I went to try to exchange it for a new one and a few employees circled around talking about customer and tried to just clean the hat instead of giving me a new one. As we walked out of store employees were still circled around talking about the customer.
