I should have taken pictures, but was kind of rushing but this store is so unorganized! Merchandise is just thrown everywhere on shelves and alot of it is in spots it doesn't even belong in. It's a mess !! The men's area by underwear and tshirts literally looks like a tornado blew through there. It's highly irritating if you're just going to grab one or two items and have to actually dig and move things stacked and thrown everywhere. It's In complete disarray!!

This is the NASTIEST, most UNORGANIZED Burlington ever experienced. 50 people in line with 2 registers open. No good customer service and they Cheat you out of your Rewards points.

It seems to me to be in very bad taste that they have schedules at the entrance door on days when they close at 12 at night and being there right on the days with that schedule they mike at 11:10 pm or before when they are already about to close. close and have to pay otherwise they will direct you to the exit without being able to buy your things. This is not the first time this has happened to us, in fact they have even turned off the lights well in advance!!!
Employees should correct the schedules posted on the door to the public!!! or look for another job where they can meet the specific schedule that is in the entry!!!

This store doesn’t respect their schedule!! it says closed at 12 and by 10:50 they are saying out loud on the speaker that the store is closed that they are not going to take your items and that they are going to make you leave your stuff and escort you out. Very disrespectful to be saying that to your customers knowing the hours say’s otherwise.

In this store, you need to peruse carefully to find good quality products, which certainly exist. However, the organization in all departments leaves much to be desired. We recognize that we are short staffed, and employees put considerable effort into keeping the store in order, which is virtually impossible under the circumstances.
Additionally, some staff members can be rude and not provide the expected care. If you're looking for something last minute, you probably won't find it here. It is necessary to invest a significant amount of time to locate what you need. Although the savings can be considerable, you should also consider that you will have to dedicate a lot of time to your search.
