I always use Caliber auto care for all my automotive needs. They are all very knowledgeable and quick at repairs. In addition they always fix your problems the first time which reduces down time.

My car was smoking so had it towed to this shop . They gave me a diagnostic they gave me a list of items needing repaired . I told him I could afford to fix the critical things and would come back for the others .He told me I would be ok to drive back n forth to work until I come back in the next two weeks . I changed the battery and the valve gasket cover $700. Monday comes driving to work my car starts overheating and leaking fluid. I tow it back to the shop Sean tells me that he informed me I needed a new radiator hose another $700 plus.Sean said I need radiator fluid and I told him to add it for me and he said ok . My problem is I paid for diagnostic and he did not mention I needed a radiator hose, but on the phone he said he told me . I missed worked paid for tow twice and my car still not fix .Its really difficult to find a honest reliable mechanic . I don’t recommend this place .

I used to love across the street & have been getting my oil changed & car serviced here for almost 2.5yrs now and every time I’ve visited I’ve experienced great customer service from Lacy and experienced no issues with my car after services. Lacy has been very sweet, welcoming and thorough as well as the rest of the staff that has helped me during my visits. She always greets you with a smile is very personable and patient. Because of the great customer service & service here I decided to continue to come back to this specific location even though moving 34min away & having another location closer. They are fast with their oil changes, great customer service & have complimentary services that make it worth a drive& visit.
This location is always clean, smells fresh and the complimentary bar of coffee and cold water are a nice touch & appreciated.
I recommend anyone in the surrounding area to come here??.

Your service advisor were helpful, and knowledgeable. They went over ny car's condition and explained to me what services my vehicle nay need. Very professional and courteous.

No coordination between staffs. I called for state inspection and they said I can walk in . I went there, they said staff is at lunch and will be back in an hour. Instead of waiting I asked if I can come at 4:30 they said yes. I called at 4 pm again to see if I can still go. They said yes. When I arrive they said the staff is not available. That's not good at all.
Store has no coordination between staffs. There are definitely less working staff and more staff at front handling phone who knows nothing what is going on at workshop.

This was my first ever and I can honestly say they were great at everything! They also went beyond their call by installing the back lights of the vehicle for a very reasonable price. 100 percent recommended!!!

This place has gone from bad to worse. Last two maintenance visits left my 2022 truck with o ring leaks, not a huge deal just had to replace and tighten myself. Inspection equipment has been down for quite some time. Recently had an issue with vehicle starting, had vehicle towed to them and was told it would be 3-4 days to look at and run diagnostics. I’ll be finding a different mechanic.
